New Asya Story: Dillon Ka Bandhan Link for New Thread on Page 1

Hello Everyone,

So back with another story, not sure if I will make it a SS or FF yet. It will probably be a FF based on what I have for the story but we will see. The idea for this story is from EMOksgian, she is the one who came to me with the story and wanted to write it. So, the credit for the idea and the concept goes to EMOksgian. It was a beautiful evening in the city of Bhopal. The sun was at the horizon, the night ready at the brink to set in. Two girls sat in a room, dressed in bridal attire, looking at the orange sky. They both had two very distinct emotions. One of the brides was happy, excited for the new beginning that this setting sun will bring in her life. She couldn't believe that she will marry her love tonight and become his wife. Her cheeks became red thinking about him. She had to work a lot to convince her family and fight for her love. And, today her dream was coming true. Her mother should be coming any minute to invite them downstairs, she thought looking at the door expectantly. The other bride stared at the sky, hoping that it would go down slower. She didn't want to go down. She didn't want to face him. She didn't want to go downstairs and pretend like she had a choice in this marriage. If it wasn't for her family's constant emotional blackmail and their lecture about how great of a guy he was, she wouldn't be in this situation today. She recalled their first meeting 2 months ago. Things haven't changed much in this time. He had constantly told her, day and night, that she was a devil in disguise. She was his totally opposite. She was open-minded, talked what came to her mind without thinking, messy, and totally not a perfect desi wife or bahu that he desired. He, on the other hand, was extremely disciplined, proper, spoke only spoken types. Tears brimmed in her eyes. She, like every girl, had dreamt of a prince charming with whom she will fall in love with. She wanted her marriage to be because of love, a promise that she would keep a lifetime. But, destiny had played a cruel joke with her. A knock on the door disturbed her thoughts. She quickly wiped the lone tear that was caressing her cheek. Looking in the mirror, she adjusted her dupatta. Turning to the door, both the girls saw their mother walk in. "Zoya, Najma...mashAllah you two look so pretty tonight. Come, its time!" she said. Both the girls bobbed their heads and proceeded downstairs. As they took each step, each girl felt her heart race against her chest. However, what each girl felt was due to a different reason.
