She was seated on the bench trying to remember some good words to make her feel better.
''Come on zoya. ..every one knows you still love Asad. ..who are you trying to fool? We? Or you yourself ?..'' The girl looked up from the water that held her gaze when he was talking to her.
''I m not fooling anyone ayaan. ..I have stopped loving years back ...you know after high school ...and besides I never loved HIM it was just. ...just some crush! '' She answered looking into thin air pain evident in her eyes .
''God zoya just move on will you ...I warned you but you lied to me ...I told you he destroys every ones feeling but you were too nave to understand ... n please stop blaming yourself for anything. ..'' Ayaan tried to persuade her to forget the horrible past but she was no where near forgetting.
''Huh !...some memories haunt you for whole of your lives and HE is one of 'em ...and don't think I haven't tried I tried but ...I just can't..well leave it tomorrow is the big day the start of marriage functions go sleep take rest !' She tried to send him away before she spilled the water in her eyes .
''Okay. ..take care zoya! ...I think he will be here tomorrow! ...' Said ayaan trying to catch her reaction .
''I don't care anymore ayaan. ..plus I will certainly have to talk to him I don't want anyone to get any ideas ...I know every one knew even humaira ...but still. ..I don't want to talk about any rubbish happened in the past ..so ... !'' retorted zoya .
''Okay ...goodnight take care and please don't sit alone too much ...you look a century older...'' And ayaan left without another word leaving zoya with a cup of luke warm coffee and tears in eyes...
