What will Sanam do when she regains her memory?

But the Sanam we know, she will feel a lot of guilt and also a lot of anger towards Major Shady! She wont spare him for lying to her. But maybe after hearing why he did it. Regarding SK and all that stuff, maybe she will forgive him. Sanam is a very nice person! Or unless her personality transplant continues, she may actually start to act out, in a Un-Sanam way!

Lets hope when she comes back to Bhopal, it is not to see Sanam2 with Nazia kid (posing as per own kid), living with Aahil! That will be enough of a blow to send her floating back to Pak and living as J again! We shall see!n LOL
