Wait a minute even if Tanveer and Gafur consumed their wedding how could she be pregnant with his child ? I mean she was alreday pregnant with Rehan ... 😆 it doesn't make sense at all lol how could this child belongs to Gafur ?

NO when she had come to SM as Gafur's wife she had already given birth that is what had been assumed because come one a year + pregnancy kaise ho sakti hai?
