Part 1
Seher is lying unconscious and Sanam is unconscious too, tied to a chair. Suddenly its shown that a Fakir Baba is singing 'Is shama-e-karam ka kya kehna'...at the Kabaristan where Asad-Zoya are buried.Wind blows and Fakir Baba says these winds carry a sound of pain. Even destiny will have to bow down to them. Even Khuda has to show a miracle. Flashback shown of AsYa nikah... them expecting kids... Asad surprising Zoya with newly furnished baby room. The Baba keeps singing as both Seher-Sanam are shown unconscious in the store room. Sanam starts moving. A tear drop falls from her eye. A leaf shown flying from the Kabaristan and is stuck outside the window of the store room where Sanam-Seher are confined. The window opens due to the winds blowing. The leaf sticks at Zoyas forehead like a blessing from her parents. Sanam regains consciousness. Fakir baba shown raising hands in sajda of Allah. Sanam notices Seher lying unconscious and moves her chair near her. She trips from the chair and falls on the ground. She extends her hand to reach out to Seher. Fakir Baba says..now a new day will begin.. blood will save blood.. this is HIS (Almightys) indication ..he has done all.. he will do all..he will save. Sanam manages to reach to Seher. Seher regains consciousness. They both manage to reach to each other. Seher helps Sanam and Sanam helps Seher to get up. BG- Kuch aisi lagan iss lamhe me hain. Sanam starts crying. Seher too. The duo hug. Razia is trying someones number but cant reach. She then asks her driver to take the car to Lal Chowk.
Part 2
Seher begs for forgiveness from Sanam for landing her in this situation. She says.. to trust her that she had no idea about all this. She rues that Sanam took so many risks to come to Haya's wedding to tell Seher the truth that she is not like her sister but she is HER sister. She says. if Badi Ammi (Dilshad) hadnt told her she wont have known even now. Sanam is shocked & says.. Badi Ammi. Seher says.. she never went to Shimla, Tanveer kept her hidden as she was afraid that Dilshad will tell her all the truth.. the truth that.. Tanveer killed AsYa. Sanam is shocked. Seher tells Sanam that there is a lot of danger here, i need to take u out of here .. and take u to Ahil. He is waiting for u. If i and Ahil had gotten married, everyones lives would have been destroyed. Lets leave. The duo turn and stop on seeing Razia.
Ahil greets guests at the mansion. He notices Tanveer standing lonely and asks whats the matter. Tanveer tells Ahil to reconsider his decision. She tells him we shouldnt be so compelled at his heart that..he ends up making such a big mistake. Ahil reassures her. Tanveer says.. what if we get humiliated like yesterday. Ahil says. .i love Sanam with all my heart. Will ensure all will go well.
Razia says finally both sisters met. Well world doesnt praise blood relations just like that. Blood relations are the deepest. By the way what did you think, u will leave from here singing and then Sahil will get married and all will live happily everafter. Well all was well till i came. Now that will happen what i want. She tells them that what u all are thinking wont happen. U both dont know me. Seher says .. know u well enough. U are a lowlife. U are the one who ruined my Badi Ammis life.. u forced my mom to live like an orphan. U ..also gave me same life. U ate all pans u wanted but now wont let u ruin Sanams life anymore.
Ahil tells Tanveer that he knows why she is skeptical. He says.. till date u know ..ur son hasnt believed in relations. But i have changed. Sanams love has changed me. I respect relationships and i will do anything to fulfill this relation with Sanam. U rest assured, wont let ur or familys repute be tarnished at any cost. Now smile. Be happy for ur son. Tanveer says.. well then.. if ur happy.. i am happy too. I just wanted to hear this from ur mouth. Be happy.
Razia tells Sanam-Seher both that u know the whole story it seems but u kids have one problem. .u listen to stories but dun take any lessons from it. But now listen clearly. if u ruin my plans.. i wont let u both get anything. Sanam asks Razia to fear Allah and asks. how much wrong will u do. When Allah lashes out on u. .u will be burnt off. Razia fumes on Sanam and arms twists Sanam and points knife at her throat. Seher warns Razia. Razia says.. now even Allah cant come between me and my plans. Razia tells Seher that if she tries to do anything.. she will end up losing her sister. Sanam requests Razia to let her go.
Part 3
Qazi comes at the mansion and Rehaan greets him. Tanveer greets Qazi and says u have no idea how eagerly i await this wedding to be solemnized. Azhars parents smirk that.. this nikah will happen only when there is a bride. They laugh.
Dilshad reaches the store room too. She overhears Seher shouting.. get my sister out. She then notices how Sanam is put inside a glass box and water is being filled in it. Seher is tied up to a pillar. Sanam is crying out for help. Dilshad is shocked.
Precap --- Qazi asks Ahil, Kya aapko Sanam qubool hai and he says Qubool hai. Suddenly Sanam-Seher arrive at the mansion, Azhars mom, Ahil-Rehaan are shocked on seeing the two of them. Azhar says.. Sanam to wahan hai. .to yahan kaun hai. Background voice over says.. Kaun hai ye anjani dulhan.
