A/N: Its a very emotional part with buckets of tears.

1. "Bhaijaan, plz stop crying," said Ayaan.

"Its all happened cuz of me. Zoya is still angry wid me. I had done a lots of mistakes. I had hurt Zoya a lot but Allah can't punish me so severely. He can't take Zoya away 4m me. I can't live widout. Zoya can't show her anger in dis way," says Asad while crying.

"Bhaijaan, don't think of those things now. Its not ur fault. Zoya is not angry wid u. We all know very well how much Zoya loves u. Allah is not punishing u," said Ayaan to calm him.

"Asad, u sud not think of all dis. Stop blaming urself," said Dilshad.

2. "Bhabhi has done a lot for our family. Cuz of her, my, Asad bhaijaan n others lives have been stopped 4m getn ruined. I can't believe she is in dis state," said Nikhat sadly.

Asad checked her breath n pulse to find her still alive. He immediately carried her in his arms n ran to his car. He placed Zoya on d backseat n got on d driver's seat. He lukd behind at Zoya who was lying on d d backseat n then started d car.

Scene shifts to Dilshad who is walking to n fro in d hall lukn tensed. Badi Bi comes in d hall n sees Dilshad worried.

"Dilshad, why r u so worried?" asked Badi Bi.

"Zoya is missing n Asad went to find her. Someone tricked Zoya using Asad's cell," replied Dilshad teln her abt d mall incident.

"Its so shocking. I wish Asad n Zoya soon comes back," said Badi Bi.

Scene shifts to a hospital. Asad enters d hospital wid Zoya in his arms. Asad calls for nurses n ward boys. Zoya is placed on a stretcher n is taken inside an ICU. Asad stands outside ICU lukn very worried. He removes his cell n calls Dilshad.

Scene shifts to SM. Dilshad gets a call 4m Asad. Dilshad answers d call.

"Hello Asad, where r u?" asked Dilshad, "Have u found Zoya?"

"Ammi, I found Zoya in a very injured state. I tuk her to d hospital. She is in ICU," replied Asad in a choked voice.

D cell 4m Dilshad's hands falls down as she gets very shocked. Asad finds call disconnected. Badi Bi luks worried.

"Wat happened Dilshad?" asked Badi Bi worriedly.

"Asad said dat he found Zoya in a very injured state. She is in ICU," replied Dilshad as she breaks into tears.

Ayaan n Humeira who just came in d hall 4m d corridor gets shocked hearing dat.

"Badi Amii, Zoya is in ICU. Lets go to d hospital," said Ayaan getn very worried.

"We must inform Zoya's family," said Dilshad.

"I will also come to d hospital," said Humeira.

"No Humeira, u remain here wid d girls," said Dilshad.

"Okay," said Humeira.

Ayaan called all d other family members n told them abt Zoya. All got very shocked. GaZiaRin had still not come home. Ayaan informed Zoya's family.

Scene shifts to d hospital. Asad was sitting on a chair outside d ICU. Asad recalls d times wen he used to get irritated 4m inside weneva anyone used to congratulate him for his wedding or ask abt his wife

"I wish she goes away 4m my life forever. She is a disgrace in my family," muttered Asad as he was working in his cabin.

Asad painfully recalls himself rejecting Zoya's friendship offer rudely on their wedding night, teln Zoya to get up at 6 instead of 8 n to change her dressing style on d 1st morning after their wedding, rudely rejecting Zoya's help wen she offered to help him wid his presentation, he throwing away d food made by Zoya n insulting her for not knowing cooking properly, he insulting her wen played wid d toy given by her mother, he insulting her for eating a kabab while his mother was making them, he comparing Zoya to Tanveer, he trying to stop Zoya 4m working outside n tearing d dress designed by her along wid insulting her badly. Tears comes 4m his eyes. He recalls some words Zoya said to him before leaving their house for d 1^st time.

"I don't want to hear anything 4m u, Asad Ahmed Khan," said Zoya angrily, "U never liked me na. U never wanted to marry me na. I just wanted to be ur friend after our marriage. I knew neither u loved anyone nor me. But still I tried to be ur friend every time but u treated me like an object. U never cared abt my feelings. I can't live wid u anymore. I am leaving dis house forever. (Zoya removed her engagement ring n threw it angrily in d room) U r a selfish jerk who only thinks abt himself. U only care abt urself n wat u want. He breaks down as he recalls d last sentence. Rashid, Dilshad, Ayaan n Badi Bi arrives. They see Asad breaking down n rushes to him. Ayaan hugs him.

Dur to d wound on her forehead, she has lost some blood. We will have to do blood transfusion on her. Fortunately, d blood of her blood group is available," replied d doctor.

All r shocked on hearing.

"Who cud do all dis to Zoya?" asked Ayaan, "She has never done harm to anyone."

"Whoever it is I will not leave dat person," replied Asad angrily thru his tears.

"Doctor, plz save my daughter-in-law," said Dilshad.

"We will try our best," said d doctor n went inside.

Scene shifts to SM. GaZiaRin comes home happily due to their recent work. They find only Najma, Nikhat, Nuzhat, Humeira n servants at home.

"Where r others?" asked Gaffur.

"Asad bhaijaan called Badi Ammi saying bhabhi is very critical n she is in ICU. So, they went to d hospital," replied Nikhat.

GaZiaRin r shocked hearing dis n luks at each other.

Scene shifts outside d ICU. Asad is sitting lukn painful n broken. Ayaan n Rashid r on either side of him. Zahira n Zeenat r crying. Zameer n Anwar r comforting them. Dilshad is sitting near Zahira n Zeenat.

"We have played wid Zoya 4m d time she was born. I always saw her as my younger daughter eventhough Zainab was there. We used go to Zainab's house to play wid Zoya. Zeenat has suggested d name Zoya for her if she wud be a girl. Wen Zainab died, we adopted Zoya officially as our daughter. We bought her a lots of toys n clothes to keep her happy n to bring her out of her trauma," said Zahira while crying.

"I used to love to play wid her 4m d time she was born. I wud show my toys to her to make her happy. She used to always tell if she had any problem," said Zeenat while crying.

"Our child may be having a lot of pains. She has suffered a lot wen she was a kid n now dis," said Zameer unhappily.

Scene shifts to SM hall. Najma, Nikhat, Nuzhat n Humeira r sitting sadly in d hall.

"I can't believe bhabhi is in critical state. Wat may be going on Asad bhaijaan? Bhabhi is such a nice person," said Najma sadly.

"Bhabhi has done a lot for our family. Cuz of her, my, Asad bhaijaan n others lives have been stopped 4m getn ruined. I can't believe she is in dis state," said Nikhat sadly.

Scene shifts to d hospital. Asad recalls Zoya's words on their 1^st date wen he gifted her a green saree to wear on d date.

"Asad,even I don't want to die. I want to live happily n peacefully wid all my loved ones," said Zoya in an emotional tone.

Asad recalls wen Zoya was shattered on knowing more crimes of her father.

"Zoya, don't cry," said Asad, calmly, "Plz, don't be upset."

"Don't be upset. Oh really, Asad?" asked Zoya thru her tears, "U said dis so easily. How much bitter truths vl I hv to know to abt my past? My abbu had killed my ammi, tried to kill me, swapped Ayaan wid a dead child, again snatched Ayaan 4m u all along wid ur abbu, always trying to separate both u brothers n doing many bad things along wid his another wife n sister. U can't understand wat I am feeling. I feel dat rather than live while suffocating everyday by living wid those bitter truths I sud better die."

"Zoyaaa," shouted Asad in anger.

Asad recalls his n Zoya's words wen Zoya was teasing him by sitting on his lap.

"I can't imagine how much happy I am to get u back in my life, Zoya. U had made me realize wat all mistakes n wrong things I was doing all these years dat hurt many people. I want dat we always remain 2gthr like dis," said Asad in an emotional tone.

"Asad, ur getn very emotional. Of course, we will always remain 2gthr like dis. We love each other so much," said Zoya in a calm tone running her hands on his back.

"Yaa Zoya, we love each other so much. Dunno wat happened to me dat I said all," said Asad wid a smile running his hands on her back n then caressing her hairs softly.

Tears fall 4m Asad's eyes thinking all dat.

"Allah, plz make Zoya alright. I can't see her like dis," begs Asad.

"Allah, why u r making our children suffer like dis?" asked Dilshad wid tears in her eyes, "Plz, make our child Zoya alright. We all can't live widout her."

"Why Allah is being so cruel to an innocent child like Zoya?" asked Badi Bi wid tears in her eyes.

Just then dat female doctor comes out.

"Doctor, how is my wife?" asked Asad worriedly rushing to her.

"Ur wife is out of danger. But we have to keep her under observation n wait for her to bcum conscious. We will shift her in a ward," replied d doctor.

Scene shifts to Tanveer running on d road. 2day her court hearing was cancelled. She ran away 4m d police custody in d evening by somehow by pretending to cough badly n then tricking d police n running away while they were busy checking her.

"Just cuz of dat bitch Zoya, I have to go thru all dis," said Tanveer angrily.

She then sees a news on TV in a electronics shop 4m outside d shop.

"Amber Fashion Designer is critically injured 4m an unknown attack n is in ICU in City Hospital. She is brought to d hospital by her husband Dilshad's Construction owner Asad Ahmed Khan in a very injured state. We hope she gets well soon," said a female reporter.

Tanveer smiles seeing d news.

"Dis is my chance to get back at dat bitch. I hope she never gets well soon. I will kill her," said Tanveer wid an evil smirk.

Scene shifts to d hospital. Zoya is brought out of d ICU. She is in blue hospital gown. Her head n left forearm r bandaged. All r troubled seeing her in dis state.

"Zoya," said Asad rushing to d stretcher, "Zoya, plz open ur eyes."

"Sir, we need to shift her in d ward. Plz, let us take her there. She needs to be observed by us," said a nurse.

Zoya is taken inside d ward. Khan n Farooqui family follow them inside d ward.

Scene shifts to Tanveer entering d hospital. She searches d corridor for where Zoya may be there. She then sees Khan n Farooqui families. She understands Zoya is inside which ward. She runs there like a mad woman. All r shocked to see her.

"Tanveer," said Asad shockingly.

She tries to barge inside d ward but Zeenat pulls her back n holds her.

"Leave me," shouts Tanveer, "I will kill her. Cuz of her, my plans r failed. I hate her 4m d time I saw her. She always came in my way. Allah has done right by putting her in dis state. Allah has punished her for kidnapping me n beating me now n then along wid Kajal."

She freed herself n opened d ward door. As she was abt to barge inside, a manly hand grabbed her hand 4m behind n spun her around. She saw d man none other than Asad. He was lukn very angry. He raised his hand n slapped her hard across.

"I have never raised a hand on a woman in my entire life. But u disgusting n evil woman made me do dat," said Asad angrily, "U have made a big mistake by daring to come here. How dare u even think of killing my Zoya? I will not leave u."

Asad called d nurses n wardboys.

"Call d police," said Asad while holding her tightly.

"Sir, d police has arrived in d hospital lukn for a woman called Tanveer," said a nurse.

"Call them here," said Ayaan.

D nurses call d police.

"She is here. She has ran away 4m d jail dis evening. We r chasing her 4m hours," said one of d inspectors.

"How can u all be so careless for someone to run away 4m d jail?" asked Asad, "She came her n tried to kill my wife who is in dis ward. She always hated my wife."

"I think she is only behind Zoya's condition," said Zahira.

All r shocked hearing wat she said.

"Yaa, she may have paid some goons to attack on Zoya to take revenge on her," said Ayaan.

"I have not done anything to Zoya but whoever did has done a very great job. I wish dat bitch dies n rots in hell," said Tanveer while laughing like a maniac.

Zahira slaps Tanveer hard across d hard.

"Just shut ur bloody mouth, u filthy woman," said Zahira angrily.

"Officers, take her away n interrogate her regarding attacking Zoya," said Asad, "Dis woman is a dangerous criminal. Make sure she never runs again."

"Okay sir. We r sorry for d carelessness," said another inspector.

All were thinking dat Tanveer is behind Zoya's state cuz of her cumn to d hospital n trying to kill her n saying bad things abt her. D police takes Tanveer out of d hospital.

"I can't believe dis Tanveer has ran away 4m d hospital n dared to come inside d hospital n tried to kill Zoya," said Dilshad shockingly.

"She brutally attacked Zoya n left her to die. If Asad has not arrived then our Zoya wud not have survived," said Zameer in a serious tone.

"I was very shocked seeing Zoya in d state which I found her," said Asad sadly, "I felt like dying thousand deaths seeing her like dat."

D female doctor came out.

"How is Zoya?" asked Zeenat.

"As I said, we have to wait for her to bcum conscious. Wen she recovers she may have mental trauma for some time due to d attack," replied d doctor.

All r worried hearing dat.

Scene shifts to SM.

"We sud call to ask abt Zoya," said Humeira.

"Yaa, I am getn very worried for bhabhi," said Nuzhat.

Najma called Dilshad. Dilshad answers d call.

"Ammi, how is bhabhi?" asked Najma worriedly, "Its 11pm n no one told us anything."

"Zoya is out of danger," replied Dilshad, "She is shifted 4m ICU to d ward. Doctor says they will have to keep her under observation n wait for her to bcum conscious."

"Glad dat she is out of danger. Hope she soon bcums conscious," said Najma.

"Have u all had dinner?" asked Najma.

"No, we don't feel like having dinner," replied Najma, "Only mamu, mumaani n Shirin Bi had dinner n they have slept. I, Nikhat, Nuzhat n Najma r sitting in d hall."

"U all eat sumthn," said Dilshad.

"U all have also not eaten anything," said Najma.

"We will eat a little 4m d canteen. U all also eat sumthn," said Dilshad.

"Okay," said Najma.

"Take care all of u," said Dilshad.

"Okay," said Najma n hung up.

"Wat did chhoti ammi said?" asked Nikhat.

"She said dat bhabhi is out of danger. She has shifted 4m ICU to d ward. Doctors will have to keep her under observation n wait for her to bcum conscious," replied Najma.

Scene shifts to d hospital. Anwar n Ayaan brought some food for everyone 4m d canteen. All of them ate a little eventhough they don't felt like eating.

Everyone remained outside d ward d whole night. Everyone tuk turns to have sleep for some time while others wud be awake.

Asad was thinking abt his 2^nd marriage wid Zoya which was done wid their will, he lifting Zoya taking her in their room for their 1^st night, he n Zoya standing in d balcony of d Eiffel Tower, he n Zoya in d rain in Paris wid Zoya in red saree, he n Zoya spending good moments n dancing on d beach, Zoya doing belly dance for him, Zoya feeding him gajar halwa which she made for him, Zoya keeping a surprise birthday party for him.

Asad has tears in his eyes as he luks at Zoya's room door wid sad Mitwa playing in d bg.

"Zoya, plz get well soon," says Asad in his mind.

"Asad, its 3am. U have not slept a bit. Sleep for some time," said Dilshad worriedly.

"How can I sleep, Ammi?" asked Asad sadly, "My Zoya is in dis state."

"Asad, u have to sleep for some time. Plz, sleep now," replied Dilshad.

"Okay," agreed Asad reluctantly.

Asad did not wanted to sleep but he has to sleep for some time as he has not slept at all.
