Sanam absolutely refuses to sign Tanveer's papers until her husband returns... Impressive show of faith, Sanam. Tanveer can't believe her audacity and vows to be rid of her soon.

Sanam is in their room, when Aahil walks in angry.

What did you say to upset Ammi?

Full on stern husband, telling off disobedient wife for disrespecting his mother. Khala tells me you said something that upset Ammi, is this true?

<Ouh? OH wow, Ammi is untouchable eh?>

Sanam frowns at the forbidding anger in his face. She tries to explain, but he chides her, I do not want Ammi to be upset because of you, Ever! Do you understand?

Sanam pushes through and gets him to listen to her explanation. I'm sorry, She wanted me to sign the property papers, and all I said was I wanted to speak to you about it first... After you told me what signing those papers meant, I thought I should tell you ...

Aahil closes his eyes in distress. Those damned papers again! He recalls all the poisonous things Tanveer told him about him being an unworthy husband.Don't pretend to be something you can never be, you'll just hurt Sanam... He gets really upset and flings a glass across the room, glass shards fly everywhere.

I have trusted you with my deepest secret. Do not ever use it to come in between me and my mother... Ammi has made huge sacrifices for me, I can never repay her until the day I die...

What an awful thing to say ! Did he really think Sanam would do such a thing? Sanam balks at the very idea and moves toward him, but slips on water and falls. Aahil jumps ahead to break her fall, injuring his right hand, and he bleeds profusely. She wants to clean his wound but he just walks away, refusing her help.

Sanam muses about Aahil's strange behaviour, Begum Sahiba must've said something to him, to make him so angry with me...

<What's going on? Is he actually considering signing the papers himself? To free Sanam from marriage to him? It looked like he's going to sign it himself...! Oh God..>

Sanam decides to take Tanveer on herself. Knowing the plan was to kick her out, she decides to hide the property papers away. I'll never be forced to leave Aahil...she vows. But in the process of hiding from Tanveer, she gets stepped on accidentally on the hand. Sanam suffers in silence but makes away with the papers...

Misunderstandings? Suffering for Sanam?

Sunehri comes back to Rehan, all fired up to tell him the truth. But she is waylaid by a big romantic (and cheesy) surprise. Rehan makes his grand gesture and proposes marriage on bended knee. She stands there shocked beyond words. He even went as far as taking her hand and putting the ring on himself.

But he was interrupted by arrival of police who are there to arrest Sunehri. Suddenly it all goes south for Sunehri. She pleads with Rehan that she came with the intention to steal, but changed and didn't want to anymore.

Rehan is livid. He has placed his bleeding heart in the wrong place yet again. He is pretty broken up, but he repays the pawnshop owner his due and the case is dropped.

The problem goes away, but Rehan tells her to leave...
