Thanks for this comment. Yes, I couldn't resist the "Mr Darcy" reference. That is exactly the kind of thing he would have said? Also, I think not just Aahil, but every hero written since Mr Darcy has some element of him in their character. He is the ultimate romantic hero. I think so anyway. That is why any guy who plays Mr Darcy instantly becomes a hit!

He made Colin Firth an international phenomenon, with the BBC series. Suddenly everyone wanted a piece of him. He then played "Mark Darcy" in "Bridget Jones's Diary" and become even more popular. Then came Mathew MacFayden, who played Mr Darcy in the movie version with Keira Knightly. No guy can ever look anything but hot playing Mr Darcy. Even ASR and Asad had a lot of Mr Darcy in them. Especially ASR, the "Pride" thing! :)

If not you must, amazing drama, story , actors, direction, it's just out of the world, and Mr Thronton is equally an awesome character😃

I have not seen the North & South you are talking of, but I have heard of it. The original North & South is the American story of the Yankees and the Southerners and their ideological differences in America. Especially coz the Southerners were still keeping slaves to work in their cotton farms and the North had stopped the practice.

But now that you have mentioned this British North & South, I want to check it out. Will try when I get the time. Mr Thornton sounds hot! :)

Thanks for the update. Rehans character sketch is far better in your story with his wits about him I loved Ahil... He's fallen.. Bad and hard.. Will be fun to see how you will weave the rest and how Sanam's transformation from being so condescending to soft and passionate side which Ahil already knows is there somewhere deep down, and will be interesting to see how he will woo and unleash Sanam's passion and love

I always felt that Rehan is a very smart guy. Even in the initial episodes of the show, you could tell that he was very on to it, and on the ball. He was Aahil's right hand man and he even had street contacts... that is how he kept tabs of Sanam leaving town on behalf of Aahil that first time etc.

He also noticed that Aahil didn't want to get married to Nida, but he didn't know it was coz he loved Sanam. That was the only thing he didn't get and that was mostly because of Sanam and Aahil's original rivalry. In THIS story, I wanted him to be smart and act smart as well. He knows Aahil very well and knew his behaviour was very odd. So finally he put two and two together! :)

Yes, Aahil will have to work to get Sanam to see a different side of him. Sanam is like her dad, she is cautious and she does not think well of people especially if she thinks they are Batameez! (Like how her dad thought her mum was originally)!:)
