I don't understand why fans fight each other, I always sty away from posts of that nature. I love QH from the beginning, when KSG left I was very disappointed and found it difficult to accept the new Asad. I never bashed him, accepted him and continued watching QH. I do feel cheat in QH1 that I never got to see the real Asad and Zoya getting married, SR etc.

^^^THIS!!! is the main reason, why they are bashing Sahil !!! Just for the sake of countering and NOT that they like SeHan. @blue 😆 and their comparing is just pathetic 😆

The fault goes both ways. Initially if the protestations against SeHan were not so heated (And come on, it was heated..it was not just criticized calmly, a lot of unnecessary posts were made against the possibility and them. I am not talking about calm, logical points, but in many threads it was not pretty.) then perhaps those with an agenda wouldn't have found an easy thing to latch on to.

SaHil story had great development, from hatred to love. We have seen good character progression, especially in Aahil's character, in his journey from a royal jerk to the loverboy and cutie-pie husband that he is now. A 360 change for sure, but it didn't happen overnight, he also didn't fall in love with Sanam overnight contrary to popular belief. You're so right, those who who haven't watched their beautiful journey from start till now, won't realise how epic they are. Their loss entirely. :P

Lots of people here have already mentioned along with you why many of us don't like Rehaan and the couple SeHan and why we cannot connect with them. Enough has been said and I would just like to say that I agree with you and them. Don't think I have anything extra to add there.

Anyway would just like to make a comment that someone else has also mentioned here. Most of the SeHan fans (on FB) stem from previous couple fans who are sour that show has gone to do so well without their favourite actor, revived due to another actor and new couple has become so popular. They saw the opportunity and started spewing their bottled up hatred. I'm sorry if my words sound harsh or too blunt to anyone but I'm just calling people out on their BS and this cannot be done with diplomacy. And the rest of their fans stem from SJ fans and people who started watching show for Seher cause they didn't like Sanam for various reasons. Some of those who started watching for Seher unnecessarily put down SaHil even when they didn't even watch their love track from start like us. To me that's biased and distasteful because they haven't gone through their beautiful love journey like most of us, but I'm not gonna moral police cause it's a free forum.

This is purely my opinion and no one has to agree with me but I also don't think there is anything wrong with expressing dislike for a couple, no matter whether it's RaHa, FaHa, SaHil or SeHan. As long as it's done with some class and dignity. People have their own reasons to watch the show and if they don't like one couple, others need not put them down. There is also no need for moral policing if people don't like a particular couple. This also goes for people who watch the show for other reasons and not just couples, we get that you watch the show for your own reason. But there is no need to belittle others who don't watch the show for the same reason as you.

I have also seen petty comments around the place like "They're jealous of our couple's chemistry", made me laugh. Would like to take this opp to thank those people for making me laugh. :P

I agree with a lot of what you have said. I am first and foremost a SAHIL fan. I watched QH even after 1st Asad left and continued to follow the show. I stopped for a little while after ZOYAAN, but I came back and caught up to the show.

I loved ASYA, but I was never a crazy fan of actor playing Asad1, , so continued to watch for the story. After ARSHI I have to say SAHIL have become my favourites. I am relatively new to Indian TV, so didn't know KVB at all. But when I saw him as Aahil I found him edgy and some of the things he said and did made me laugh and gasp in shock at the same time. He was such a giant A*s! Lol


The car burning was the moment I knew these two would keep me hooked. But they grew on me gradually. But Junoon just got me going, and added that certain touch and elevated all their scenes. Aahil has transitioned from his fake attitude to his genuine personality beautifully in the past 5 months. He was always a good guy, but he was never allowed to show that side of himself much. He was always encouraged to be rude and callous. But that was never his TRUE nature.


Coming to SEHAN, I liked Rehan at the start. I also liked Seher. Initially them together was very amusing. Now they have started to fall for each other. Maybe coz their story is operating inside a pressure cooker? They have been forced together. Rehan is very vulnerable. He is broken and he is looking for validation. He has checked most of his smart brain at the door, in his quest for acceptance.

Just like Rozy said to Seher "the chemical reaction of love only lasts for a short time, but under the effects of this feeling, people usually ruin their whole lives"!

That is the case with Rehan. Seher on the other hand has met a guy like no other she has ever interacted with. She is addicted to the feeling he gives her. The feeling of being perceived as someone worthy of love and acceptance.

In the case of SAHIL, Aahil is a lot more damaged than Sanam. So she is able to be strong for him. But Rehan and Seher are equally damaged. So they are sort of stuck with each other and their issues!


But I agree that the fan wars are a bit much. I don't enjoy the hatred. I don't mind that SJ plays both roles, because I can differentiate between Sanam and Seher. But I would prefer to not have mixed song sequences. Because I agree SAHIL and SEHAN are not on the same level.
