Part 10:
Ayesha was crying in the corridors of the hospital while the dr was checking pulse rate of Aman as he fainted some minutes ago... Asad, Arman and Asma reached hospital and found a stressed Ayesha...
Ayesha: Asma tum aa gayi thank you so much... Aman ko pain start ho gya hai and abi usy room main ly gaye hain Asma help him plzzz mere bachy ko bacha lo...
Asma: Ayesha relax main aa gayi hoon Aman will be fine I promise...
Ayesha: promise na...
Asma: I promise now stop crying kuch nahi hua hai... Arman tum plzzz Ayesha ko sambhalo main Aman k pass ja rahi hoon... and she left for Aman's room...
Asad was already feeling restless by just hearing bad about Aman, his friend, his Mr. Khan but after seeing Ayesha in such situation he made his way towards her... He don't know why he is going to her but he was sure that his friend's mother need him... But deep in his heart he felt like his Zoya was going through some pain... Asad was standing besides Ayesha but she was too lost in her own thoughts that she didn't acknowledge his presence... Asma came back after checking Aman and Ayesha questioned her...
Ayesha: Aman kesa hai??? Is he alright???
Asma: he is fine bas kuch injections or medicines mangani hongi...
Arman: app mjhy prescription dejieye main abhi ly kar aata hoon... and he left with the prescription...
Asma: Ayesha actually aik or baat hai...
Ayesha: why are you speaking like this koi problem hai kya??? Aman pehly bhi aisi situation se guzar chukka hai... I hope it's not getting worse...
Asma: Aman will be fine but you have to sign some papers actually main Aman ka treatment kar rahi hoon to bas vohi hospital valo ko assurance chahieye k...
Asad: kesi assurance???
Asma: if something bad happened to Aman then hospital will not be responsible...
Ayesha became numb by hearing such rubbish for Aman and fell on the ground... Asad and Asma immediately helped her and made her sit on the seat outside the ICU... She was silently crying and Asad was controlling his emotions...
Asma: Ayesha I promise aisa kuch nahi hoga it's just a formality... main papers bhejti hoon tum sign kar dena... and she left...
A ward boy came and handled the papers to Asad... he go through the papers and handled to Ayesha for her approval but she was out of her senses to response... He gave her the papers but she was just starting at those papers and after some minutes she took the pen with shaking hands...
Asad kneeled before her and placed a hand on her shaking hands... His slight touch made her look towards him...
Asad: Ayesha I know it's not easy but I promise Aman will be fine just sign them it's just a formality...
Ayesha: I... I can't...
Asad: I m here Ayesha... just trust me and sign at the papers...
Ayesha was going through mental turmoil but Asad's simple words made her believe him and she signed... She don't know why she believed him... actually Asma had already promised her and Arman was also there but Asad... she never had a friendly or normal relation with him but her heart was feeling some unknown pull towards him and she wanted to believe him that Aman will be alright... she was in a great mess but after a little conversation with Asad she was relaxed that nothing is going to happen to Aman and now Asad is also there with her...
After 2 hours Aman was declared like a fresh flower... Ayesha was thanking God... Asad had never felt this happy in his entire life but the thought of Aman being fine gave him a new life and he don't know why Aman matters to him like this but he was sure that Aman had erased the guilt from his heart and now he was determinrd to find Zoya soon so that he can apologies to her and can start a new life with her and now he just wanted his Zoya back in his life so they can have a son just like Aman... He smiled at himself with teary eyes for having a baby but for that Zoya has to come back and now he was not going to step back...
Aman was conscious now and Ayesha was with him inside ICU when he came to them...
Asad: How are you Mr. Khan??? He said sitting near him on the bed...
Aman: I m fine... he whispered...
Ayesha: liar...
Aman: Mama I m like fresh flower...
Asad: Aman apki mama app se boht pyaar karti hain so she was just worried because of you...
Aman: I know and you love me too haina???
Asad: I love you but...
Aman: apki wife se zaida nahi I know...
Ayesha: shona you are not allowed to speak too much...
Asad: Aman I think you should rest main app se subha milny aonga...
Aman: I will wait for you...
Asad: take care Mr. Khan... he placed a kiss on his forehead and made his way out...
Ayesha: Aman mama abhi aa rahi hain...
Ayesha spoted Asad in the corridor and spoke...
Ayesha: Asad...
Asad was going with determination to find out Zoya as soon as possible but stopped in dead his tracks... For a moment he thought that Zoya was calling him but he turned to face Ayesha... her face, her eyes, her voice everything was like Zoya but her actions, her values, her thoughts, her life was far different from Zoya... but he was wandering how's that possible to have exact features like Zoya... his mind was going in different directions but her earlier words...
Ayesha: Aik maa k liye uss k bachy se barh ke kuch nahi hota na or yeh baat aap achy se samajh sakti hain na to aj main apny bety ki qasam khaa kar keh rahi hoon main apko nahi janti or na hi mera aap sab se koi rishta hai ab to apko mjh pe yaqeen hoga na...
Asad dismissed the thoughts immediately because he knew that a mother can never swear like that... he eyed the confused Ayesha who was waiting for him to respond...
Asad: oh sorry I was lost somewhere... app yaha???
Ayesha: actually I just wanted to say thank you for supporting me...
Asad: it's okay...
Ayesha: so I hope you are not angry at me for that day... she said sleeplessly...
Asad remembered her action of slapping him...
Asad: I was at mistake that time I m sorry too...
Ayesha: so friends now??? She said offering a hand...
Asad: okay... he said shaking their hands...
Ayesha: Aman really likes you...
Asad: he is such a darling... anyway I have to go but if you need anything just let me know...
Ayesha: okay...
Ayesha came back to Aman's room... Aman being on medication soon drifted to sleep and Ayesha relaxed on seeing his son safe and sound...
