Seher ponders to her Baba, about her doppelganger. She looks just like me !! I mean she looks desi and soft and gentle type, but really just like me !! Well, not exactly like me, not as fabulous..." Hahaha... Seher is funny ! But why doesn't she think that she might've found a clue about her family?
But she feels a strange closeness to this lookalive, like her pain was her own...
Sanam rushes back from her prayer and runs into Rehan. He reassures her Aahil is fine, he is out of danger. She thanks Allah for his Mercy, and Rehan says her keen prayers have helped. She looks a little disturbed, wondering what her feelings mean in the long run...
Aahil is awake and Boy is he grouchy! Cranky as hell, he insists on going home, arguing with Tanveer to get him home immediately. Where is Rehan? Tell him to get the car!
Sanam walks in to see him, Rehan in tow.
Of course! Where else would he be? Aahil mutters under his breath.
<Aahil !!! You Idiot !! Get your head out of the sand and use it !! Argh!>
He refuses Sanam's touch or help. She is shocked seeing the aversion in his face towards her in particular. He stands up to leave with his Ammi, is unsteady, but when she jumps to catch him he pushes her away.
He walks out refusing to have any physical contact with Sanam. A doctor stops him, telling him to rest in bed, and Aahil insists to go home. Dr. relents, but tells him, Remember to take it easy, not just our efforts , he looks pointedly at Sanam, but a lot of prayers saved you last night. Aahil thinks for a moment but refuses to acknowledge Sanam.
They go back home. Aahil is struggling to put a shirt on (Wonder how he put those pants on!!) and Sanam rushes to help. He indignanlty brushes her away, claiming to be able to manage. But he obviously couldn't so she helps him anyway. He petulantly calls for his Ammi and Lateef???
(really Aahil you'd rather have Lateef put your shirt on!??)
Sanam grabs the sleeve and he slips it on , claiming very childishly that he had managed it after all, as Sanam smiles secretively at his silliness. He sees it and snarkily tries to wipe the smile off her face. What are you smiling about?
Then there's the matter of the buttons...
She grabs him and turns him around like child, to put them on, and he stops her. He calls out for his Ammi again.
Sanam snaps, "Aahil ! Shut up and stand still, let me put these buttons for you, okay!"She shakes his shirt on properly and straightens the collar. He is rendered silent by her strict manner.
In a very wifely manner if I may add...
She puts the buttons on and they have a charged moment. She accidently bumps into his injured hand and he winces. She is immediately trite, holding his hand most tenderly, so much concern. She lets go of his hand, when just hours ago they were holding on to each other so desperately.
He started staring at her so intently it gave me goosebumps... shiver. He takes his time looking at her up close, as she held his shirt and closed the buttons. She swallows nervously and he watches. There is desire in both their eyes... She feels suddenly very uncomfortable with the proximity and turns away, but her dupatta gets stuck in his shirt. (Really ! Come on!)
But then he remembers that while he was ill, she was with Rehan. The moment is lost, he grabs the dupatta and flings it away.
Can someone catch this fellow and shake him hard !! Argh!

Sanam force feeds a grumpy Aahil. Obviously his great Ammi has forgotten about him again... I gotta say I'm loving this grumpy grouchy baby Aahil , so cute !
Meanwhile, a mean new mother inlaw type appears in Haya's life. Is it just me of does she look uncannily like Haseena bi. Yuck... OH man... one evil saasuma isn't enough??
