Ahil in critical condition, Sanam can not hide her feelings

Zee TV's Qubool Hai is about to take a shocking twist with Aahil (Karanvir Bohra) fighting between life and death. As we know Tanveer (Amrapali Gupta) is now aware about whose daughter Sanam (Surbhi Jyoti) really is and she is
desperate to make sure that Sanam
doesn't find out the truth. Tanveer has unsuccessfully attempted to murder Dilshaad (Shalini Kapoor Sagar) before.

Tanveer decides that Haya's (Surbhi
Chandana) nikaah ceremony is the perfect time to kill Dilshaad. She releases a poisonous gas to kill Dilshaad, but with a twist of fate, Aahil ends up at the receiving end of the gas as he tries to save Dilshaad.

Sanam is shocked by Aahil's injuries. Aahil is unconscious and Sanam cannot control her feelings for Aahil. She cries and screams at Aahil to open his eyes. She can't hide her feelings for Aahil any
longer and they all come spilling out when she feels she might lose him forever.

Yay!! CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS. This week is gonna be the best week of QH2 so far. I can just feel it.

Finally, some acknowledgment of feelings from Sanam's end!

Knowing them, I think they'll go back to denying once he recovers. 😆

I'm going to think positive that they are NOT going to go back to denial. If they do, they'd be going around in circles like they were before. Since Friday was a turning point in their relationship and his accident is an eye opener, I would hope it's to move forward now, and not back. The only thing next for them to realise each other's worth is actual death. They will be faced with near death. No other situation would make them realize.
