I think Sanam was aware of Aahil's soft corner. But he has been so overt in showing his dislike for her, especially during the engagement with Nida. She really believes he dislikes her. I mean in her head even if she liked him it would never happen.

I do not think she is aware of her own feelings. She didn't forget, she just thinks it will never happen. She will continue to remind herself. It's not about forgetting. It's about not wanting what was never yours.

Great Post, I think along with her, Cvs have forgotten what she has gone through with Aahil.I keep on wondering the same thing how come she does not remember the times he saved her, all his nice doings, the way always saved her every single time she was in trouble, agree he is also being mean to her, but how could she forget he saved her form death two times, I mean seriously? woman can not be so clueless, when he stares at her, she does not see anything in his eyes? how it is possible, how can she not see the change in him, the hurt and pain in his eyes.. Like,the lock-up in office,she remembers being pushed out into the rain but not his subsequent caring of her,Rehan has to spell it for her. He broke a glass,she threw his coat.

While she might have all the nice memories stored in her sub-conscious she doesn't have the luxury of time to reflect and reconnect with those moments enough to remember. That's why she seeks Ahil's support involuntarily and gets more upset than before their 'life altering hug", when he doesn't comply.

Sanam, now has too much on her mind with her responsibilities and I don't think it'll occur to her anytime sooner that she is capable of evoking the kind of feelings that Billi's sons are feeling. Ahil, on the other hand has always been in his senses and has time to process his feelings and is able label it right as "Love".

IMO the Cvs want to explore the love masquerading as hate theme for SaHil.
