Why does she hate Aahil so much? He saved her life more than once now even though he didn't have to and she's staying in his house and she still hates him. I don't know why female leads never appreciate what the male leads o for them.

But that does not negate the impression he has already created in her mind...that of a flamboyant womanizer who cared nothing for people, only his ego. One who burnt her diner in a fit of arrogant pique and tried to intimidate her; got her infamy in the media by lying about kissing her, and so on.

First impressions...are lasting.
He has a lot to atone for. Does saving her life cover it all?
I dunno. Any decent human being would have done so, too.
And he is decent, but basically a spoiled brat, as she thinks.

She hate him because he is making her feel things that is alien to her.

She hate that he is turning her world around
she him him because he has control of her somehow and she cannot explain it.

She hate him because it is the easier thing to say since he has taken over her thoughts.
