If he did really care for Nida he would have calmed her down and assured her that was not the case.He dint do because he loves Sanam.. so he was quiet..

Coming to Sanam she couldn't leave until Ahil tells her to leave..as she is employed by Ahil not Nida..

And Also Nida was the bride and she is after all a cook and she wouldn't slam her down in her wedding function...if the wedding breaks because of anything she said...the blame will come back on her

Though I am disappointed that Sanam or Ahil did not speak up for the situation...I think it's justified

Yeah, Nida's allegations were not related to mehendi falling on Sanam's hands and only Ahil and Sanam understood why she was upset. and it was legit to some extent.

Ahil knew it was true, and Sanam knew if she said anything, the real purpose of Nida's hatred would be out before the entire society, thus defaming her more than Ahil. So, both of them kept silence.

And as you said, if they said anything now, they would'nt be able to say Qubool hai later. So, they reserved their energy for saying the 2 golden words, 3 times in a row, in future.
