The original brother's clash that was to happen because of Zoya, HAS to happen this time. This time Gul better not step away from it. The opening scenes of QH was such that you believe that the wife of Ayaan will be Zoya. Both Ayaan and Asad saw her together and there were many indications that Ayaan had a crush on the girl he saw at the dargha.

But ASYA became so popular that Gul deviated from her original story and THEN tried to introduce it at the wrong time. No one wanted it then. I think the idea was that Zoya and Asad would always end up together but not before going through Ayaan!

Ayaan was supposed to fall for Zoya. But in the end they could not show it after the marriage... (Though indications were given), because of the general dislike towards the plot. Also the whole "Zoya was bartered" thing was creating angst! I think what was going to happen was that after the 3 months, Ayaan would have been in two minds about what to do. He wants Zoya but knows he promised his brother. But knowing Ayaan, he would not have hesitated to ask his bhaijaan for Zoya. Maybe He MAY have hesitated, but he WOULD have asked. Then comes Asad's anger and inability to let go of Zoya. THAT would have caused the brother's clash. Until Ayaan woke up and realised what he is doing! Also Zoya would have told them BOTH were to stick it!! IF ONLY we can go back and fix it all. If THAT story played out, a leap would not have been necessary at all!!

But now that it HAS happened, let's hope we see the love triangle of Rehan-Sanam and Aahil. Will Rehan be willing to give up Sanam to the big bad wolf Aahil bhai? Remains to be seen!! :) Kambaqt Ishq! Lol
