No worries! Here you go!

Sanam is very tensed and very scared, asks the nurse "please start the operation(of her ammi) I'll,manage the money from somewhere"

Nurse says " but it has already been paid."

Sanam is shocked and asks "who paid it"?

Nurse points towards the TV saying "inhone pay kia hai"

There were Aahil and Rehan both from that press Vala incident which was being telecasted.

Sanam looks there and was a little confused thinking " ye kaise Pay kar sakta hai ho hi nahi sakta" then she notices rehan and says " inhone,hi kia hoga pay".

Meanwhile we see Aahil on his cell the other side was saying " aapne sahi time pe pay karke bhut Acha kia nhi toh it might have got critical" something in that context only.

Aahil has somewhat strange expressions. Not angry, not soft.

^ Sanam thanks nurse for the operation of her badi ammi w/o money getting paid. Nurse says payment has already been done and she points to the tv screen and says he has done the payment. Sanam sees Aahil and Rehan and thinks this shaitaan (Aahil) can never pay for her badi ammi so it must be Rehan. 😡 Cut to scene 2. Doc or someone on phone with Aahil says, thank god you paid for the lady otherwise we wouldn't have been able to save her. And No! You cannot keep Aahil all to yourself. 😡 😆 Sharing baby, sharing. 😉
