Faroouqi Mansion :

Dilshad had a worried expression on her face as she walked in.. She found Zoya lying on the couch in the drawing room.. Her face was looking very pale and dried tear stains were clearly visible on her face...

Dilshad slowly tried waking her up.. : Zoya.. Zoya.. but there was no response .. As she touched Zoya, she found Zoya's body to be burning hot.. She might have lost her consciousness as well ..She shouted at Ramu for not taking care of Zoya and immediately rang up Rashid and informed him about Zoya's condition and told him to call the ambulance immediately...

Khan Villa

Though Asad had dozed off for a couple of minutes, he was awake now and recollecting the day's events.. It was one of the best days in his life.. He was a happy man.. He looked lovingly at his sleeping daughter and kissed her on her cheeks.. and closed the mouth which was little opened... Hearing Rashid's tensed voice, he came out..

Rashid : aap ne suna nahin meine kya kaha ?? Ambulance isi waqt nikalna hain Faroouqi Mansion ko.. Haan mein bhi 20 minute mein paunchta hoon...

Asad's heart skipped a beat... : Abbu kya hua Zoya ko ??

Rashid : Behosh hain ghar mein.. Mein hospital keliye nikalta hoon..

Asad : Abbu.. Mein bhi atha hoon.. Please .. and he quickly changed and took sleeping Adya in his arms ...

As Rashid drove, he could see through the corner of his eyes the way Asad had hugged Adya carefully and kept rocking her...

By the time they reached Zoya's house, ambulance had also reached... One look at Zoya made him loose his control.. He know understood clearly the fear which she might have gone through since morning.. How could he trouble the soul who was his life... ?? He slowly gave Adya to Dilshad and bent down to touch Zoya... As he touched her forehead and sensed the heat, tears started flowing down his eyes... He gently kissed her on her forehead...

Asad : Mein tumhe kuch nahin hone doong Zoya... !! He lifted her in his arms and took her to the ambulance and placed her slowly...

Asad : Abbu.. Aami.. aap dono Adya ko lekar car mein hospital pounchiye.. Mein Zoya ke saath amblance mein atha hoon... !!

Rashid and Dilshad preferred not to argue and did as he told...

In the ambulance, Asad held Zoya's hand tightly.. fearing the worst...

Asad's thoughts : Allah tala.. please... please.. Zoya kuch hone math dijiye... Agar Zoya ko kuch hojayega.. to mein jee nahin paaonga.. aur meri Adya ka kya hoga ??

Adya Hospital

By the time everybody reached the hospital, Adya had woke up and she had got very cranky ...

Adya : Daadi.. muje abbu chahiye.. Mein abbu chahiye.. !!

Dilshad : Adya...chup beta.. Abbu aur Ammi dono yahi hain.. chup beta chup ho jao.. please...

But Adya kept on cyring... Suddenly, her eyes fell on Asad and then on Zoya who was on the stretcher... She shouted "Ammi" which caught Asad's attention...As they took Zoya in for examination, Asad went towards Adya and took her in his arms...

Adya : Abbu.. aap ne muje promise kiya tha ki aap muje chodke nahin jaoge.. Ammi ko kya hua abbu.. ??

Asad : Phele rona band karo.. Mein tumhe chodke nahi gaya baby... Wo ammi beemar hain na.. isliye... unhe hospital leke ana pada...

Adya : Abbu...meri friend Avni ki mummy bhi beemar thi.. unhe hospital leke gaye the... baad mein wo God ke paas chaligayi..Meri ammi ko kuch nahin hoga na abbu.. ??Please abbu.. Muje ammi chahiye.. !!

Adya's words made Asad shiver.. He could not even imagine anything wrong with Zoya..

Asad : Nahin baby... Tumhari ammi teek hojayegi.. Wo kal tak teek ho jayegi...Aap good baby ho na.. To rona band karo.. Hearing this.. Adya calmed down and put her arms around Asad's neck...

Though Asad managed to calm Adya down, he could not calm himself down...He was restless till the concerned doctor came out ...

By now, looked like entire hospital staff had got to know about Zoya and had come over to Rashid enquiring about her health... He also saw Dr. Shahid coming towards Rashid...

Dr. Shahid : Rashid uncle.. Zoya ko kaun attend kar raha hain... ?? Mein bhi chaltha hoon andar...

Rashid : Nahin Shahid... Dr. Shireen aur Dr. Rao dekh rahi hain... !!

Asad noticed that there was more than a colleague's concern on Shahid's face which brought a worried look on Asad's face...He hugged Adya tightly and kissed her ...

After couple of minutes, both Dr. Shireen and Dr. Rao came out...

Dr. Rao : Dr. Rashid.. lagta hain Zoya ko kuch shock laga hain aur shayad kuch khaya bhi nahin hain... Meine injection diya hain.. aur IV mein bhi hain... Bukar ko utharna hain... !!Hopefully she will be fine by tomorrow.. !!

Rashid : Thank you Dr. Rao.. !!

Dr. Shireen looked at Asad and Adya and back at Rashid... : Rashid.. Ye tumhara beta Asad hain kya ??

Rashid : Haan Shireen.. !!

Asad smiled at her and Dr. Rao... While Dr. Shahid turned immediately towards Asad .. Looking at Adya in his arms, he understood what might have gone wrong... He just gave an angry look towards Asad...which Asad also noticed...

Asad and family along with Dr. Shahid walked in to Zoya's room...

Asad : Ammi.. aap Adya ko lekar ghar chaliye.. Mein Zoya ke paas hospital mein ruktha hoon...!! And he put down Adya and told her to go to Dilshad...Adya.. Daadi ke paas raho beta.. !!

Dr. Shahid : Aap bhi ghar jayiye.. Mein Zoya ka khayal rakhoonga... !

Asad : Aap shayad jante nahin hain.. ki mein kaun hoon ?? Mein Adya ka abbu aur Zoya ka shohar hoon !!

Dr. Shahid : Wahi shohar jo Zoya ko chodke chalagaya tha... !!

Asad got really wild hearing this.. He grabbed Dr. Shahid's collar...

Rashid : Asad.. behave !! Yeh hospital hain.. !! Shahid please yahan se jao... Zoya ke paas hum sab hain.. !!

Dr. Shahid gave another angry look at Asad and walked out... since he respected Rashid a lot..

Rashid : Asad... Har baat par tumhari man maani nahin chalega.. Tum please ghar jao aur Adya ko sambhalo.. Mein rukta hoon Zoya ke paas...

Dislhad tried to tell something... only to be stopped by Rashid...

Rashid : Dilshad.. Please.. !!

Asad finally took Adya in his arms and looked at Zoya once more before walking out..

After nearly 4 hours, Zoya had gained consciousness which was sometime during the night... She looked around and found Rashid resting on the near by couch... She smiled looking at him.. He indeed had become a dad to her in all possible ways... The next moment, her thoughts drifted to Adya and recollected how she had gone with her abbu... It choked her throat and fresh tears started flowing down...She tried to clear her nose which woke up Rashid...

Rashid : Zoya...Please beta sambhalo.. apne aap ko... Mein samaj sakta hoon is waqt tum par kya beetrahi hogi.. Please calm down... !! Adya tumhari beti hain.. Usse tumse koi nahin cheen sakta hain.. koi bhi nahin... !!Ye mera wada hain.. Apne abbu par bharosa rakho.. !! Please ...

Zoya hugged Rashid hearing this... : Abbu muje Adya ko dekh na hain... !!

Rashid : Baccha.. raat bahut hogayi hain... Tum so jao... Subah hote hi.. Adya ko leke aoonga.. !!Tum muj par bharosa karti ho na ??

Zoya noded in a yes.. .He made her lie down on the bed and patted her gently on her forehead as though she was a small child ...putting her back to sleep...

Few Hours Back - Khan Villa

Dilshad, Asad and Adya had left hospital and all through the way, Adya kept on asking questions to Asad about how long Zoya had to stay in hospital and when she would speak to her...and Asad very patiently answered Adya ... When they got down from the car, they saw a lady waiting in the lawn ...As soon as the lady heard the sound of the gate, she turned around...

Asad : Tanveer ?? !!

Hearing Tanveer's name shocked Dilshad .. She immediately took Adya from Asad's hand and walked towards the door...
