Besides, I like Aamir Khan and I know all scenes from all his movies very well. Dil has been my least fav Aamir movie even though I liked it but I loved that scene which was well written, executed and enacted by Aamir and Madhuri. Plus, Aamir's dialogues when he takes her to the shed and gives her a piece of his mind were just 👏.
I remember those dialogs. "Zara socho un auraton ke baare mein jinke saath yeh hadse huye hain. Jism ke saath saath rooh bhi ghayal ho jaati hai.👏 Aur tumne kitni aasani se keh diya rape."

QH dialog writers are the best, but I don't think they can better these.

I'm in a minority here. But I found Humeira totally lacking. Her dialogue delivery was bad. She has no idea which words need emphasis. Her lips we're moving in a weird manner and it looked like she was trying way too hard but it wasn't working for me.

Ha Ha Ha! Now I will have to rewatch it again to see how her lips were moving. Agree she has a problem with dialogue delivery, not much though. The only reason it stands out is that we have class actors especially Alka and Surbhi, who are fabulous with their dialog delivery and voice modulation. If they were not so good, Ketki's dialog delivery wouldn't appear to be bad.

More than a revenge motive, her expressions made me feel like she was trying out some kind of a horror scene which went completely wrong. Her expressions, smile, eyes actually got me laughing coz I found them hilarious 😆. Maybe becoz I was constantly comparing it to the Dil scene. Having said that I must say that I liked Mohit.
@bold - You said it. Me too liked Mohit, showed the hurt and anger emotion beautifully.
Rivs, good post 😃. Apun ne yeh post dekhaaich nahin re. Razia totally stole the show today... totally!!! 👏. I keep trying to find faults in Razia's character and Alka's acting abilities and dialogue delivery but I haven't found any as yet. Not a single one!!!

Isn't Haseena worried abt her grandchild? Is Imran adopted? What kind of a mother/MIL will do such a thing to one DIL for the sake of stupid revenge and proving another DIL wrong/insane??? Rubbish at Qureshi house as usual!!!

RV looks promising as of now and he deserves a chance. What's his fault in all this? I'm all for seeing him as Asad even though I can picture only one face as Asad ATM who is gone and ain't coming back. Only time will tell whether he can do justice to the role. He looks good with Surbhi though. I loved the promo, precap and am quite excited to see his entry in a filmy manner!!! 😃

Agreed on this one. but I was talking about her characters single mindedness without concern to the the after effects. She pursued Nikhat to break off the engagement, without considering the repurcussions. This is the character trait I wanted to highlight.

2. Suicidal humy - she took revenge by hurting herself but did not hurt others.

She was vindictive if you ask me. She knew she would hurt Ayaan by hurting herself. She always hurt herself in front of him, to torture him. The only thing she did in his absence was throwing the pills away but it was after Nikhat knocked some sense into her and she found out about the so called illness.

3. Zoyaan - even though everyone was sympathising with her, I found her selfish in that track. She knew that nikhat's life was in danger, yet she was only thinking about her pain.

Yes she was selfish in the beginning but after Razia poisoned her and her insecure self interpreted things in a certain way, her outburst on ZoYaan was very harsh. It was impromptu. Again something she did, she regretted later. She is a very impulsive girl and hard headed too.

4. Current track - right from day one she has been taking her anger on zoya, though this time it is justified. But she has not harmed zoya even though she saw zoya insulting her parents and derooming them.

Does her revenging persona realize she is harming Haider? In a way it does, but she is justifying it as the only fitting reply to the forced kiss. She is not thinking how this would affect the man in the long run. Atleast I don't think she is.

5. Lastly she has been brought up with lot of tameez and tehzeeb. A rape charge is very serious. In dil, Madhuri's character was a bold modern girl. Here humeira is a traditional girl.

Tameez and Tehzeeb are very loose words when it comes to the Siddiques IMO. The man watched his wife kill the mother of his child. The woman commits crime as often as she bathes. 😆

Just my POV.

It's a direct lift-off from one of my favorite movies and a scene done to death. The only saving grace was the acting and the pace at which it is being executed.

Mine too. Both aamir and Madhuri just killed the scene. I can still remember that scene. To be fair, ketki and mohit were good. Both are actors to watch out for.
