I agree ... Totally .
And the third party disclosures had been boggling me from day one. Don't want to elaborate but what's done is done. .
But and there is a but . I am still confuse how a contract is made up for a year and the story is way beyond ? . Failure by production . All logics you stated is true and it cannot be accepted 100% because it turned from a family drama to a dominating love story by the leads .. The audience is about 75% under the age of 30yrs who are thirsty for a intoxicating love story . And we all know one cannot present an unfinished love story to an audience like this . It's simply madness .. That's the only problem here . They are not interested in any thing else. I understand from your POV .. Now let's understand theirs !! It's very agitated and non controllable . That's all . Give the people what they want first which could have been done within the year and find a simple way to move on to phase 2 .

The thing which irks me is the fact that KSG's image is getting tarnished just coz of some stupid so called heads of the channel !!!
KSG deserves the best and I hope that he gets all that he desires ...
It's obviously gonna be he'll hard to accept someone else as Asad ... And it's a fact that we fell in love with every trait of Asad ...
But I don't want him to do anything against his will ...

thank you! a well needed and sensible post 👏 I definitely agree with you. its a time like this where I need to reflect back and think about why I loved the show. was it because of the story, the lead actors or why and right now I'm confused more then ever. people everywhere have created petitions and all saying that if ur a true KSGian then you will sign it and demand that he be back. well I am a ksgian (because of this show) but I don't think it's right to force our decisions upon anyone especially since he only had a one year contract. he himself wanted to leave after a year so honie ko kon taal sak tha hai? does that mean I'm not a true KSG fan? I definitely don't think so

Wow, I really like your post. It's actually one of the few non-heavily biased posts I've read on this forum.

But I will disagree with the production house. I'm actually really angry at Gul and her people. If they knew Karan was only going to be there for a year, they should've never sidelined him as much as they did. They should've utilized him the most. Instead of focusing on Razia and Badi Bi for so long, they could've had the nikaah of AsYa take place.

Also, if Karan had agreed to stay back for three months for Gul, then Gul should've had the brains to already have the nikaah take place and the consummation. A lot the fans of the show were here for the chemistry between the leads. It's going to be so weird and unnatural to have the must awaited nikaah between a new actor and Surbhi. Their chemistry will not be the same as KaBhi and honestly, I feel like of cheated by Gul.

And also, as far as I know (correct me if I'm wrong), the PH hasn't even made an official statement. Instead, Karan and ZeeTv are getting thrashed left and right. It's freaking Gul's job to clear the air because its about HER SHOW.

Well said Kaussar. We will never come to know the truth.

I believe that Gul lost interest in this show post Ajmer and it showed. The directors left, the leads left, she couldn't find suitable replacements.

And all the senseless tracks, more than the PH CVs, I think the channel was responsible bcoz all of Zee shows have a trend of lead pairs being separated during the time of marriage.

One thing I don't believe is that KSG intended to work on this for only 1 year. Rest all may be true, but not this stmt. Maybe due to his health or some other reason, he may not have wanted to extend his contract. If he had put the 1 year condition at the start, then definitely this matter would have been handled differently.

I didn't think I would be so affected, but seriously, damn these guys. They spoiled my weekend.

More than anybody, it is the channel which is going to be a loser. Zee has a young audience base unlike Star which has an older audience base. Not only QH, even their other serials will be affected by this controversy.

I partially agree and disagree to ur post :)
i just want to sayy Karan cannot divulge he wont be continuing because channel and pH might have not let say..He already spill that in his last SBS interview on October after that he was never seen giving interviews and they tried damage control through Forrum 32 videos

1.TM First phone call to zee office- no he is on holidays due to illness and will be back
2.Meanwhile all tweets/ articles / post on FB stated that he is unprofessional n been fired
3.TM second call to zee Office- s he is not in QH .. He is not being fired instead he quit on his own accord for personal reasons...

I'm sorry to quote you but Ajay Balwankara never said he tried to call KSG 😊

Can I just say THANK YOU!

I have to agree with that one point you made about stars of KSG's claibre making it clear from the beginning. They have a huge fanbase and when they make such decisions, especially which aren't clarified, it leads to people getting angry and frustrated.

Gul needs to LEARN from her PAST mistakes. Make you god damn contracts LONGER! You have lost a beautiful show in the past due to the lead leaving and KSG's departure will cost you the TRPs and the fans.

As for where KSG is concerned, he is an individual who makes his own choice. He wasn't going to stay back for us even if we begged because at the end of the day he is a human and will think about his dreams, aspirations and goals first. The fact that he has decided to leave is heart breaking because he made up who Asad Ahmed Khan is. That being said, not much can really be done. What will we even get by bashing the Production house or Zee...they don't care. They go through this almost every time an actor is replaced or show goes off air.
