Anupamaa: Anu's intuition about Samar's presence heightens, Trip becomes eerie

In the latest episode of Anupamaa today, the atmosphere takes an eerie turn when Sarita unexpectedly asks Anupama to come back, just as Samar’s voice seems to echo through the air, calling out to her. Anupama frantically looks around, sensing something odd. The group of women starts feeling uneasy, Preet even remarks that the place feels unsettling, almost haunted. Pakhi nervously admits she would’ve had a panic attack if left alone. Meeta confesses she’s scared despite being with everyone. Devika notices Anupama acting strange and checks on her, but Anupama brushes it off, insisting all is fine.

Unsettling eerie tales:

Later, Leela inquires about sleeping arrangements. Sarita informs them that cots have been prepared for Bharti, Prarthana, and Leela. Leela lightens the mood with a joke about how the mosquitoes might ruin their sleep. Sarita decides to burn a mosquito coil and casually mentions wanting to visit her late father. But her next comment sends a chill through the group, she claims that the villagers believe her father’s spirit still lingers around. The others grow nervous, though Devika tries to calm everyone, calling it superstition.

Elsewhere, Prem updates the group that Rahi and her companions have safely arrived at the village. Hasmuk prepares to leave but Parag persuades him to stay one more day. Hasmuk hesitates, not wanting to inconvenience Vasundhara. Prem offers to handle food arrangements if they decide not to return right away. Paritosh mocks Hasmuk, accusing him of overdramatizing things. Vasundhara, clearly agitated, curses Anupama, wishing her nothing but trouble on her journey.

Anupamaa senses a deeper mystery:

Back at Sarita’s home, the guests are pleasantly surprised by its vibrant decor. Sarita proudly shares that her brother, an artist, hand-painted the walls. Meanwhile, Rahi complains about poor network coverage, prompting Devika to tease that the younger generation is addicted to their phones. Anupama gently agrees and suggests everyone try a phone-free day once a week. Leela tells Rahi to engage in actual conversation rather than scrolling. Devika encourages Rahi, Mahi, and Pari to bond the old-fashioned way, by talking. As the night sets in, Sarita explains the sleeping plan: Meeta and Prarthana will share a room, Baa gets a cot, and the rest will sleep on mats. Preet jokingly warns Leela to beware of Sarita’s father’s ghost, but Leela tells her to stop trying to spook her. Anupama quietly senses a deeper mystery tied to this village.

In a parallel scene, Ansh meets with Parag and confronts him about overhearing a conversation with Anil concerning Gautam. Curious and willing to help, Ansh gets offered a job at Parag’s company.

Anupama's intuition awakes:

Meanwhile, Anupama decides to check on Gulabo, while Devika heads out with Sarita. Back at home, Paritosh rudely suggests Prem should prepare something nice to eat. Hasmuk criticizes Paritosh’s attitude, noting he never changes. Ansh shares with Hasmuk that he’s now working under Parag. Hasmuk encourages him to support Parag sincerely. Later, Hasmuk experiences a brief spell of dizziness but chooses to keep it to himself, assuming it’s just indigestion.

As night deepens, Anupama and Devika have a heartfelt conversation about Jaya. Anupama tells Devika she seems changed. Devika admits that while life failed to teach her some lessons, a close brush with death did. Anupama confides that she misses Samar deeply and feels as though he's trying to reach out to her somehow. Devika wonders aloud if Samar's presence has anything to do with Sarita’s village. Anupama can’t explain it, but senses something significant. Devika suggests maybe Samar is trying to send her a message. Anupama is left anxious, wondering what exactly her son is trying to tell her from beyond.
