NOTE:

First of all, i am sorry for disappearing after making the post. Its a busy day for me, but i will slowly try to reply to all of you who commented and added their heartfelt emotions regarding the matter.

And meanwhile here are some thoughts based on the comments some of you have made.

Why did the PH not make use of Karan's time and give the fans AsYa nikah, instead of prolonging useless tracks?

Its a tough question to answer and an answer even i would love to have, because even i wish they have at least given AsYa nikah to us while Karan was there.. And in fact some days back i wanted to write to them asking them to give a week long celebration of AsYa nikah, whenever they finally give us the pleasure of that nikah; with all those Rasams they did earlier once again repeated because that time it has gone wasted... but now all those dreams of me and you all remain as just dreams.

Now coming to this question, all i can say is that for the production house, us fans sentiments are not the first priority... there may be reasons (best known to them) why they delayed the Nikah..It could be that they want the nikah at a particular time in the story.. And as we all know, introduction of tanveer and the SR track which postponed the first Nikah attempt were all strategies to prolong the serial.. And as i have explained in the post, every PH will try to run the serial as long as possible.

Its not that they wouldn't think of fans sentiments at all.. they would but other things matters to them more and our sentiments are not their first priority, despite the fact that fans are the ones who watch the serial and give it success... this is reality and we fans have to accept the reality.

Having said this i am glad that we fans did not sit quite and are still voicing our unhappiness... because hopefully this may change their perspective and if we keep at it, this might even bring some changes in the way the whole industry functions...
lets hope for the best.😊

Agree with most of the analysis but some things are not in our control . Even if the youngsters want to they can not see the package as a whole. KSG's persona is too powerful to bracket him with the rest . Further there is not much to applaud in the whole ..QH is a most regressive show and most of us would not have been associated with it but for KSG's personification of Asad ...he made it larger than life! So the "whole " was diluted ! I have stated elsewhere that in a show which has a large ensemble cast KSG should not be included as he WILL outshine the others ..he has the talent.

So it is evident that most will leave the show if there is no re-conciliation .KSG on his part has said that he is willing ( and has also tried) to find a workable solution ..the ball is in Zee TV's court ! They can rise above pettiness and their ego and extend an olive branch. And I feel they should.

I would like to share another point here . If the PH was aware that KSG was committed to just one year why did they not make better use of his talent ? I feel they have underutilized him for half his tenure ...ever since the Zoyaan track which actually derailed QH ..I do not think KSG wrote that track so it is uncharitable to ask him to shoulder all the blame for the fiasco of QH after MKK .he in fact salvaged the situation somewhat with the consequent MKJ track ..till it was diluted again with the RaDil track . I am sure he did not write that either.Further all the SM an QM episodes veered on crudity to a large extent and again can not be credited to KSG. What was KSG to do under the circumstances even if he was well and on the sets all day ? I remember a BTS where he visits SM during the Zoyaan track .so there is evidence that he was available, willing and connected all the while. Did not look inebriated at all ! In fact Surbhi is on record stating the opposite ..that VM likes chatpata eats so they were enjoying in SM whereas KSG was so strict and health conscious ..".kudh bhi waisa khate hain aur auron ko bhi wohi khilate hain "

There is a lot of contradiction here .Character assassination is unfair especially if you are adopting Vasudeva Kutumbakam as your theme.

Karan had committed a year on contract ..extended it further and was seen on camera on sets doing nothing and not drunk. Rather chatting amiably with all co-stars who Zee claims have complains about him ! He is present as recently as 300 th episode celebrations when not many were there . It shows his loyalty to QH/PH.

His time was not utilized by the PH ...so there are questions to be asked here ...why was he not in the picture over such extended spells ?

And if it is the bigger picture that counts ..why was so much bad mouthing necessary ...could have just let him go gracefully if he was not central to the theme .

BTW have you noticed ksg and raquesh have some facial features common(according to me).
RABHI will also do good.Other cast of QH and storyline is very good.😊

thanks Dear.. im glad you liked the post..
Except for having a dimpled smile, i think Raqesh and KSG are very different. i like Raqesh and find him good looking as well but i find KSG more attractive.. but then looks and attraction are perceived very differently by different people so i don't disagree with you...😃

Sorry Kaussar, for the first time I don't agree with your post

And just wanted to let you know I won't be commenting on any posts related to the show anymore. For me, QH is over and AsYa is dead.

Take care 🤗

Shreya looks like you are more upset than anyone else.. And its very sad that people like you and Ankie have left the show.. i will still stick with it as YA part of AsYa is still there and as long as the story is bearable,i will stick..

Also i feel that there is no better way to get over this than sticking with the show and face the reality that our favourite actors can leave a show at anytime and someone else might take over as well... so i will face it.

You too take care.😃

You shud be ready for a long essay Kaussar
How r u dear?
I'm really unhappy with the news but KSG's health is more imp and that is why I'll stick to QH coz no matter how many Asads will come n go,QH wil remain KSG's first family drama type show and shall remain close to my heart forever

Hey Dear .. longtime.. good to see you around.. which shopping did you do? marriage or have you already got married...

Even i will stick with the show.. KSG as Asad and his memories will always remain in our heart and nobody can replace it... its really sad, but its obvious from various accounts that KSG himself doesn't want to continue with QH... so i am really wondering how fans of KSG, on one hand saying they are supporting KSG and then demanding to bring him back to QH... if you truly care about him i think we should respect his decision.😕

A very sensible post and has many valid points to make! I totally agree with the comment that we should not attach ourselves to a fictional character or actor playing them to such an extent that we lose perspective of reality!!

A show should be enjoyed in it's entirety. I think QH is a show that has managed to achieve the multi actor format quite well and have tracks available for almost all actors on the show. It is a vast difference from their previous show. I think they learnt their lesson. But having said that, the characters of that show were very well developed. Not just the leads. It is just unfortunate that they were unable to come up with interesting enough sub plots for them.

That show was a "Love Story" which had family drama. Therefore it could not help being very lead centric and people were obsessed with the characters and even the actors! However QH has the advantage of being a "Family drama" with a Love story in it. Therefore I dare say this show SHOULD be able to survive the change of a lead. Let's see! Only time will tell.

But I agree that ending the show is NOT the solution as unlike the previous 4 Lions show, this story is yet to hit it's climax. Also, I too believe that the concept of "seasons" should be introduced so that producers have the satisfaction of running a show for years, and actors get the option of doing other things and not getting burned out! Best solution for all. Or else, do a fixed term show that ends after 1 year, 18 months or 2 years. This way the show can have a very tight script and keep the interest of the audience going!

But the final lesson from all of this is that for actors this is a JOB. Never forget that one can leave one's job. Heck, I am leaving MY job next week! It is my prerogative. The only difference is, I don't have to lie about it!!
