No Ayana was not fully wrong but he is a self centered guy who realizes something wrong is being done when it happens to him or his mother and sisters. He is right in showing rashid the mirror but he himself is avoiding to look at reality. His mother was involved with a married man. That married man dumped his first family and your mother encouraged him to do that. Shireen has been quite a bitch towards dilshaad and her children. Taunting at every opportunity for being a woman who was left by her husband and now it is payback time.

As for glaring at dilshaad and leaving home Ayaan is his mothers son and has never understood others pain or supported any sautela people. Credit to VM for his acting Ayana is a very grey character.
