For me Rashid is a selfish man who only wants the best for himself ! Just Bcoz he almost died , he is asking Dilshaad to come love with him in hell ! If I was Dilshaad I would run far away !

Why he is selfish - Bcoz when Dilshaad almost died of the gunshot - then why not start his drama then ! And let's not forget - he still covered up a murder who happens to be Zoyas mother ! When Dilshaad finds out it was him - there's no way she will forgive him !

and good point about Dilshaad's shooting. How come he did not feel the need to be by her forever when that happened?

I live in US too and from same place but people I know ( mostly 2nd and 3rd generation Indians) do celebrate all major indian festivals. They do celebrate Halloween and Thanksgiving but yes, Diwali, Dussera and Ganesh Chaturdi are also equally celebrated. There are also melas etc with stalls and programs on festive days.

Lol I am talking about the non immigrants .
The immigrants like my parents came ..Settled and kept our culture . I am from Indian heritage . My ancestors were from India who settled in the Caribbean over 150yrs ago. We kept our culture and religion
as Hindus and Muslims . That's it . Please don't misunderstand !! . I do have a couple generation in the US also .People with old religion has culture and traditions and it's a fact . Others don't know what respect and values are ..
