Learning to love is not possible . Learning to tolerate is . If two people does not love each other their children will never be loved as they should .We see each other in our children . Phrases like
You are so much like you mother . Words spoken with love
Then we have. . Like father like son Words spoken with malice
The former is a marriage of love
The latter is a marriage of compromising
So tell me which is right . Sacrifice for family . Or sacrifice for a place in society .

And Shru - this won't be the first time the big brother, small brother thing will come up on Indian TV screen or otherwise.But in most cases its been the widow marrying the devar or the jeth. But in this case the marriage is A) invalid B) not accepted by either party involved.

But ... imagine the woman consuming with the man she married out of love and then marrying the other brother once she is a widow and eventually falling for the second brother. That is even harder to accept. And I know someone personally who ended up married to her devar (her husband passed away in an accident when she was pregnant with her first born, her parents were not in a position to take care of her and her FIL was not willing to let her live like a widow or give up the grandchild - so he got his youngest son married to the widowed DIL) and went to have 2 kids with him. I applaud the decisions they took when they did, but I myself would never be able to accept such a relationship.

Atleast in this case, we know that the marriage between ZoYaan was never real. Easier to get over.
