The entire point of saying the name, getting three yeses is to guarantee it. I know forced marriages happen, but that's through manipulation. A nikkah is totally invalid if there isn't consent. If Mariam got married that would have been valid because she consented, forcibly (through manipulation and what not) but she had a choice (however bad). Not knowing the name of the person or even that you are agreeing to a something is not a consent of any kind. This idiot refuses to accept his mistake and he is using this as a publicity stunt and Gul is making a mockery of Islam.
