just for ur knowledge, there are two types of Haq Mehar - Muajjal and Muwajjal.. Muajjal (early or immediate) is the strict type where a husband has to give the complete Mehar before the consummation of marriage and is thus very rare.. Muwajjal (late or something that will be given later at a specified or unspecified date) is where it is not necessary to pay the Mehar before the consummation."
btw who were the two witnesses of their nikaah?? two random people I guess.. as Ghafoor and Karan cannot be the witnesses for obvious reasons, so you should have mentioned them at least.. they are the most essential part of the nikaah.. a Qazi cannot even think to start the procedure of nikaah without their presence, without taking their details and signatures on the nikaahnama..
