guys any1 of you knew what can we doo when a father refuses to keep their children after their mothers death...and dump their responsibilties on their old grand parents
i knew this has nothing to do with qh...bt my frnd really need my help

is there any law in our constitution for dis when father refuses to keep their children and does nt visit them

Don't know yaar but i am sure there is a law but I will say you as a freind it will be better if the child is not send to the father he may not take proper care but yeah a case should be filed for financial help even if your friend don't need any just to punish the father
