There were opportunities for her to speak, she was alone with Asad before the dragging happened, she was alone with Asad before he walked her into the SM house the first time, she was alone with Asad before he emotionally blackmailed her and brought her into the SM house the second time. There were quiet moments in the SM house before the signing of the nikaahnama. She had one on one time with Rashid after the signing of the nikaahnama, a man she calls dost.

Yes she was in shock, yes she was too numb from the ordeal she was facing. But my dear friends, GOD helps only those who help themselves. If this girl, does not speak up now, she is responsible for her fate.

If she is such a good sleuth, she needs to figure out what actually happened at the community hall.

she did protest...she did run out but Asad forced her to sign the papers...she was coerced/manipulated...literally sold as a commodity...anyways personally speaking Zoya's character was butchered to acquire sympathy from the trp audiences...IMO, Zoya should have walked out the day he slapped her.

i think qh gives message to all that if u wanna make people do as u say...either get a knife or sell ur wife...

the choice is never left upto the woman - no one asked Zoya or Humeira what they want. the marriage could easily have been nullified...

I am sorry...I don't quite understand what is so funny? In a civilized society a forced or coerced marriage is a felony...here the men conducting the whole thing was aware of the fact...weren't they? Again in a civilized world it's a felony...not in India I guess where women are considered as commodities...I really don't find it funny. It was a clear case of human rights violation. Asad here literally traded/sold this woman through coercion and manipulation and of-course dragged...she winced in pain... what do you call it? I saw it as physical abuse.
