She is not showing a contract marriage. Just the sbs people said so. The divorce papers were added in b/w Nikahnama by GhaZia to divorce them as soon as they get married as they didn't know the whole truth.

Which is, Ayaan and Zoya didn't even get married because when the sermons were said the name of the bride was announced as Zoya d/o Mohd. Fareed. Now even if the Nikahnama is signed, the marriage won't be considered real / valid.

I FULLY AGREE WITH YOU...I AM A NON MUSLIM...SO I DON'T KNW ABT ISLAM RULES...IF THEY ARE SHOWING ALL THIS WHICH IS AGAINST ISLAM ,IT IS GIVING US A FALSE MSG ABT THE RELIGION...THEY SHOULD NOT BRING RELIGION INTO THIS...

Why are people missing the fact that zoyaan aren't married cause even if they sign nikahnama, Zoya is Zoya farooqui and even they do sign nikah bana as Zoya farooqui and ayan Ahmed khan the real nikah is the way it's done properly with qazi reading and asking the couple if they accept. Here the two are confirming a nikah that never happened so how are they marrying?

And forget tat but even if Zoya is married. Why csnt she get divorced? That's the thing isn't it should these pathar ki lakeer rules be changed? Marriage isn't binding. It can he broken if it's unwanted. In fact it should be because marriage doesn't mean accepting a lifetime of unhappiness. If it's accidental and unwanted a couple has every right to get out of it if they want to.

I'm not Islamic so forgive me if I say anything that's wrong or hurtful cause I don't meant to be but I just think that what the cvs are showing is a rather important social message. Marriage u can sign papers and put names together but you cant force two hearts together. Unwanted marriages should be able to be broken. Cause ultimately what's important is the two people in the marriage and where their happiness lies.

They are not showing anything against Islam. I'm a Muslim and i would have quit the show if they had, at once. They are just trying to portray what wrong happens in the name of religion in Muslim CULTURE. They are not promoting anything wrong and they'd explain it in the coming episodes I'm sure.

We just have to be a bit patient with QH. 😊

totally agree with you she is giving a wrong image about islam there is No marriage by mistake or accident ...marriage is of great significance in Islam and they are just giving a bad image of the relgion as a muslim i know that it's not true because i know my religion and i know that woman are not taking for granted in islam no one can force a woman to marry if she doesn't want to besides how on earth the nikah of ayan and zoya is a valid one i feel that they are insulting islam by taking such an important institution ike marriage so lightly

But people are coerced into marriages even in the Muslim world although ISLAM STRICTLY PROHIBITS THAT.

That is what she showed. That there is no accidental marriage in Islam. Asad at once said that Woh is Nikah ko nahein maanta for the same reason. This marriage is completely invalid BUT the committee members are forcing ZoyAan to agree to it to save their face and the other 6 nikaah's. But that won't make it valid

Guys you all are forgetting that Zoya-Ayaan are not even married. Did you guys hear Zoyaan say QUBOOL HAI three times and that too from their own will??

Despite being a Muslim myself I can say that Gul is not showing anything that is against Islam...

Is a nikhanama is a legal marriage certificate or a marriage register of the mosque? If it is a legal certificate, as signatures are normally illegible, it is required to have a printed form of the name of the signee under which the signee would sign.

I'm sure it is also mandatory for a marriage register too, right?

There were names in Urdu, under which both Ayaan and Zoya signed.

Does anybody know what was the name in Urdu was under which Zoya signed?

That's what I too have been saying all along in my previous posts that they are not married at 1st place but if they go with the contract marriage as everyone is pointing to, then it is not true to be shown. I am objecting to contract marriage. In both sbb ans sbs segments they only showed divorce papers to which Ayan and Zoya signed but everyone, as you too might have read in various posts, is saying that the contract marriage will take place b/w them and after certain time period their marriage will be void. I am objecting to this concept of contract marriage actually.
