First Asad, now Gaffur

Okay putting aside how illogical the whole sequence of events that led up to this accidental nikaah was, Zoya is now going to live in SM, even if it's temporarily. While some may find that this whole 360 degree change of events will lead to a whole new kind of exciting drama in QH, I beg to differ.

Zoya spent 3-4 months in QH time (and close to a year in real time) in KV apparently trying to change Asad's rigid thinking. She did succeed to a certain extent, and now she'd been unceremoniously dumped into SM, to do the exact same thing with Gaffur. For goodness knows how long this time.

I personally feel it's going to be a bunch of episodes of Zoya showing everyone, especially Gaffur, how her progressive thinking is much better than their conservative and orthodox ways, just like she did with Asad.

Frankly, I feel that's getting a little old. And it'll be especially hard to digest her short lessons of the perks of being modern to the SM family since this very same 'progressive-thinking' Zoya is letting herself get pushed around by a set of brothers right now. At least for me.

So I'm not really expecting any major drama from this track, except for maybe a bunch of hits and misses with Razia especially as Zoya tries to uncover the truth about her father. I have a feeling it's gonna have that seen and done vibe. But that's just me.

I know it's a little early to judge since the track hasn't played out, but let's see. Maybe the makers will prove me wrong, and no one will be happier than me!

Haha hi Anushree (: Yeah I'm not talking about immediately either, it's gonna be another week of sad and broken Zoya/Asad/Ayaan/Humeira before they move on with the story. But just my two cents on how I think they'll move on with the story. But yeah you're right, let's see. I could be completely off tangent!

I don't think ZoYaan is temporary. QH is the slow moving show and the creative team risked a lot by putting ZoYaan together, which means they want to use this to reveal Zoya's father. Due to the slow pace, that means they will be stretching it for 4-6 months, and in that Ayaan may fall in love, or fans will gradually start liking ZoYaan. I already have quit this show, but people will continue to watch it for reasons I will never understand! But I agree with everything else!

Haha as long as you have the channel on your television, there's no harm in watching anything really, so if people wanna continue watching it, it's their choice entirely (: I agree with you that Zoyaan is going to last for quite a while, but I still think it's temporary. Unless Zoyaan becomes a bigger hit than Asya, then maybe they'll make it permanent.

I also agree that they had this whole elaborate plan to reveal that Gaffur is Zoya's father, but I think it'll take a really, really long time to reach that stage. At first it'll be all about Zoya trying to adjust to the house and it's rules and all... stuff I personally am not interested in. But let's see, I'll only know how right (or wrong) I am once the rona dhona ends and they move on with it.

You are right! It is going to be rather tough to watch lectures RE modern thinking etc from a girl who has literally been "force loaned" to her ex fiancee's brother and his family!!

I just don't understand WHY Zoya didn't call the US embassy and seek refuge there? Then called her Api and Jiju to come and get her? THAT is what anyone in her position would do if nothing else works? THIS is the girl that helped Miriam get away from a forced marriage and make a new life with her brother! Today that very same girl is in a forced marriage herself! The fact that the guy she is married to is Ayaan, who is a friend is beside the point!

I have not seen the last two episodes and I am debating if I want to watch this track? The thing is this may not be a track but a rather long storyline. I really like Vikrant's acting, so would like to see how he does with Surbhi as his co star? That is the only curiosity factor for me. All this time the show was leaning more towards ASYA and KHABHI and now it will be ZOYAAN and VIKBHI. So I am just curious about this dynamic. I will give myself a few more days to think it over!!

But any possible "Gaffur-Zoya" clashes may have that "been there, done that" feel to it!!

The least they can do is not give us a ZoYaan for real...there isn't much morality and logic left in it anyways...good post

It will be interesting ...
Razia will try her best to seperate zoyaan ...she will try her best to throw zoya out as she dont want zoya n his father to unite ...razia will seperate zoyaan n she will be succesful ...

Humera ...in same house will be full jealous ... ...may be she will turn negative in her mother influence ...

In nikhats wedding cerimony ...asad n family will be invited ...

So asya will confront each other ...
Asya moments ...

After nikhats marriage ...
Asya will unite ...

I also fail to understand why supposedly strong-willed Zoya didn't bother to stand up for her rights. I really don't know how this is gonna play out, I just really hope it isn't as much of a drag as I have envisioned in my head.
