Can anyone care to explain me how signing a talaqnama makes the marriage a contractual marriage?

Zoyaan sign the nikahnama and immediately after they sign the talaqnama

well dsnt that make em divorced the very next moment when they were married? how does it make the marriage contractual?

It will never be the same!
The innocence of AsYa relationship will be completely gone!
And Zoya's biggest promise of life will break and it wouldn't come without any big repercussions...

So both AsYa are equally at fault here...All the characters of the show, from Razia to Dilshad, have contributed to this. But AsYa are the main culprit, even more than Tanveer! And that's why they're soulmates and are made for each othera

I simply loved ur post, i agree with, the purity of relationship has gone, whether it is with ASYA, AYRA or between two bros, or both siblings it has gone, completly messed up. If Gul shows again ASYA but that purity cant be recreated. Iam highly disappointed with the track. We r still in shock with that billi sr track, agian this. Marriage is not a game, She just made mockery of it.😡

Sads, they aren't married in the first place because marriage happened between Zoya Fareed and Ayaan. She signs as Zoya Farooqi and not Fareed. But Gaffur and others don't know this, so it might be Gaffur's and Razia's plan to make them sign on the talaknaama too along with the nikaahnama. But when the marriage is not valid in the first place, the question of divorce doesn't arise.

haha! Shruti i hate gul for doing this but then Vikrant is right, this has always been the plan. Gul never denied that there wont be any zoyaan. It was us who because of our love for asya assumed that the changed synopsis means no zoyaan! Gul has been clear from the beginning that there will zoyaan but we chose to turn a deaf ear to it!
