Yup...agreed on that..but that synopsis was the reason I never saw QH from the beginning...I thought it was too common..but when I saw it in Jan, it was different...I never saw sense in it then..and most definitely not now😆..she could have made a better story out of QH...and she is not even sticking to the old synopsis...she is using parts of it...that is dishonesty right there and it is even more indecent as a track now...even Zee has officially changed the synopsis...except the fateful ZoYaan marriage nothing is as per the synopsis unless Asad starts seeing a life with Tanveer after getting engaged to her and ZoYaan fall in love😆

They are not saying QH to the marriage. The Qazi is asking Ayaan that kya aapko Zoya aapki biwi qubool hai and he will say yes. But this doesn't mean the marriage is valid. They are not getting married now. The Qazi feels that the marriage that took place in the community hall is valid so they want a confirmation for the same but the qazi doesn't know that Zoya is not Zoya Fareed.

The only way the marriage can be made legal is when the nikaah is re performed and that won't happen because why will the qazis accept that it was invalid 😆 They don't even know its invalid 😆
