They are actually legitimizing it. Its like what happened with AyRa. BUT just signing of the Nikah and mutually consenting won't make it legit. A Nikah proceeding has a sermon which wasn't shown in QH but would have happened in the community nikaah ceremony. They are not doing that again. They don't know the name's glitch so they think the only mistake of accidentally saying QH has to be rectified now. They rectified that but didn't rectify the other mistake. And it cannot be rectified unless they perform the whole thing again with the sermons and duas and all.

Zoyaan sign the nikahnama and immediately after they sign the talaqnama

well dsnt that make em divorced the very next moment when they were married? how does it make the marriage contractual?

Did you see them signing nikahnama?? They only signed Talaqnama. I watched and rewatched both the segments they didn't show even the glimpse of the word "nikahnama" on papers they were signing. It was clearly written at the top of the page "talaqnama" only. I need a cup full of black and bitter coffee now.🥱
