Well that is becuase you are saying her name is Zoya siddique not Zoya faroqui but that wont matter.If her name in her birth certificate and all other relevant certificates is zoya faroqui then that is her legal name she is to sign all legal papers with that name so it wont make the mariage invalid if she has used Zoya faroqui
