^Everyone has their POV and in my POV going feminist at every track is not what I do. Zoya is a hardcore feminist and we know it, but if she chooses not to slap these brothers and run away, its not because she is being forced or because she is blind in love, because down there her own conscience also knows that the mistake as they call it, which is being termed as nikaah has happened, and its created a lot of mess. I am not blaming the girl nor do I feel that she deserves this, but I do not think that we can sit and dissect who is wrong here, all the characters have a POV which is right, and which is wrong too.

Ayaan is an ass - but asad is the man who promised to love zoya and he is forcing her to do something against her will for what? His manipulative ass of a brother!
And your line about it being about "us" vs "me". How is what asad is doing not about HIM and HIS family.
All these characters are asses and right now both brothers are the biggest of them all. Zoya running off does not mean asad gets to force a marriage she doesn't want on her. He can dump her and choose never to be with her but he can't make decision about her life.
And call me unromantic but asya is not love - it's obsession, immature and silly as all Indian romances are.
O Ye of Little Capitalization,Given the deeply autobiographical nature of the five sentences in my reply, I understand why you thought you knew enough about me to make sweeping generalizations about what I have and haven't learned. As it turns out, I am acquainted with the workings of a public forum. If you are willing to post an opinion, you should be ready for opposition.
