Chapter 3
Zoya's POV
I was drained. All I wanted to do was cry. How much longer could I hold? I had met my abbu today! I can't believe I am saying this, but I wished I hadn't. Because my abbu was not only a cheat, he had also destroyed many lives as well, including mine. And as I heard the door shut behind, I knew nothing would ever be the same.
Next morning...
Awkward silence was the chief guest at our table. To be honest I had expected that. If I was sad that he was my abbu, they were too.
At the corner of the table, I could see Mr.Khan and Tanveer whispering to each other. As they looked up from the coochicoo and saw me looking at them, they stopped whispering. Mr.Khan glared at me and Tanveer smirked. What was the problem with her? And Mr.Khan? Was he blaming me for what happened yesterday? Well, that wouldn't be the first time, would it?
I turned away from them and continued eating. If he wants to blame me, let him. I couldn't care less. I finished my breakfast and saw that phuphi had finished her food as well.
'Give phuphi, I'll take your plate too.' I said, hoping for an excuse to get out of here.
'No need Zoya. You have already DONE A LOT.' Phuphi replied coldly.
She snatched the plate from me and went into the kitchen, leaving me to wonder...
What had I ever done wrong?
Dilshad's POV
I practically ran into the kitchen after talking to Zoya that way. I knew I shouldn't be talking to Zoya that way. She was the one hurting the most. She had met her abbu yesterday for crying out! But what Tanveer said...
No I will not go weak. I won't. Even if it hurts like hell.
I am so sorry Zoya.
Asad's POV
I saw how ammi behaved with her. I wanted to hug her but Tanveer was right too. Still, I couldn't see her standing there so lost.
'Didn't you hear what ammi said? Now get out.' I spoke in a low and cold voice.
Please Zoya.
I saw her looking at me like a lost puppy. But that only lasted for a second. The next moment her eyes held pure hatred as she went to her room.
'And save you self from this mess' I whispered after she was gone.
Tanveer's POV
Wow! Finally my plan was working. This is what wanted. Them pushing Zoya away and she, going into her shell. I admit I didn't get it the way I wanted, but I got it nevertheless.
I saw Asad standing in there same position there, his shoulders slumped in defeat..
'Jammy are you alright?' I said, putting my hand on his shoulder.
'I am fine Tanveer.'
He shrugged of my hand and went to his room, slamming the door, not looking at me even once.
He ignored me for that girl?!
Don't worry Zoya, you will pay.
Siddique Mansion
Gaffur's POV
How would I tell Razia? How could I tell her that her shohar had a daughter before marrying her? As I saw Razia coming towards me, I knew I had to tell her. I couldn't let her find out on her own. Because if she did, I was dead meat.
It was now or never.
Razia's POV
Where was this man when I needed him? My cosmetics were over and he was nowhere to be seen. If I didn't find him, I might need to have a plastic surgery. At last I spotted him in the garden.
'Listen ji...' I started but stopped when I saw the serious expression on his face.
Something was wrong.
'Razia I need to tell you something.' He said, speaking in a low voice.
Something was definitely wrong.
Maybe he read the word 'freaking confused' on my face, because he continued without taking an answer fro me.
'Remember my first wife Zainab?'
I nodded, unsure where this was going.
'We had a daughter together. She's in India. I met her too.' He spoke in a soft voice.
He knew he had a daughter? Who told him about Zoya? Thank God he thought I didn't. Faking shock I yelled,
'Whaaat?!?!'
Okay, I might have exaggerated my 'shock'.
He looked at me wierdly, then shaked his head.
'I am sorry Razia.' He said, before going from there.
Now with a plastic surgery, I might need a brain surgery too.
Still that Daayan's POV
Coming into my room, I heard the phone ringing. Which donkey was calling me now? I went and looked at the caller id. Aha! What a perfect time.
'Hello?' I said, keeping my voice cold.
'The girl's alive Razia.' Came an equally cold voice.
Happy late realisation.
'I know, that is why I sent Tanveer there.' I said rolling my eyes.
For a smart guy, he was actually dumb.
'What do we do know?'
'I know exactly what to do.' I said, immediately turning serious.
You better know too.
Khan Villa
Zoya's POV
After shutting the door behind me, I fell on the bed and cried. They were holding me responsible! Allah Miya, why are you doing this to me? Whatever I got was snatched away from me. I finally got a family I thought that would stay with me. But you are taking that away from me too.
But I was sure of one thing, Tanveer had to do something with this. She was not what she showed to be. And my doubts on her were increasing everyday. Even yesterday, she had that smirk on her face. And today, she looked happy, no, like she had achieved something when phuphi and Mr.Khan were hostile with me.
I had a feeling that Tanveer was playing a very dirty game. And if she was, she could bring it on.
Because Tanveer, two can play this game.

Precap- 'Mr.Khan?'
'What Zoya? You know I don't have all day!'
'I want a divorce.'
'Wh-What...?'

Over! I tried my best, but with my exams coming, I most of the time can only study. So I get distracted. I need motivation. Didn't get the hint? I need comments! I didn't get so many comments last time.đ
So please comment!
Love,
Lauren
