Haha..Because this is not new in hindi daily soap.. Ok Let me give you example, In Kahin to Hoga, Charu actually used to call Sujal "Bhaiya" and BAMMM after few shitty tracks she got married to Sujal who was her jiju by then😆

So dnt underestimate these soap
