It's on the lines that women do not deserve to be misbehaved with because of their modern dressing sense..which I think is a valid message to pass on to people in light of this country's ex President, apparently the most intellectual of them all, made a statement saying that women should take care of what they wear to avoid getting raped..

However I hope he doesn't come back for revenge. .that would be so boring
