I just finished watching today's episode and I agree Zoya was being immature. I felt really bad for Nikhat (I was actually crying).

Shreya, I completely agree with you. I was not at all happy with Zoya today. Ok, the whole speeding Najma-Imran nikah n not really being sensitive to Nikhat's feelings, I sort of understand that she considers Najma as her sister n values love above all but still even as a general person, I feel she cud've been a little more sensitive. But while that bothered me a little, more than that, I felt like she didn't understand Asad and his feelings at all n that's wt bothered me the most. I thought after coming home, she would console him or try to get him out of his guilt like that wud be her main priority. Kuch toh woh karegi but here she started her Najma-Imran rant again. Also, even if she's doesn't understand Nikhat's feelings that much, she could've understood Asad's feelings n his sense of duty n love towards Nikhat n been a little more sensitive there. She's seen from the beginning how much he loves Nikhat n how he's torn up between the both of them but she still wasn't careful about the way she was talking about Nikhat n her feelings. The whole time her focus was just on Najma n keeping her happy. I just felt that she should have been there for Asad n should've helped him somehow in reducing his guilt.

I do like that Asad decided to take his own step in clearing the misunderstandings between him n Ayaan. Like other ppl on the forum, I also felt that Asad n Nikhat were the only mature and loving ones in today's epi but have to say,Nikhat was the star today. Archana was fabulous today 👏 n am glad that she's getting some good screen space.

Btw...who do u think is gonna play Farhan? Do u guys think he's gonna be a cameo or like some ppl have mentioned, he's gonna be the guy for Nikhat? Also, I wonder if they're gonna do a whole Asad being jealous thing if does indeed end up being Zoya's friend n if he is, how close of a friend is he gonna be is what remains to be seen. I wonder if before a lot of the reports were saying how Farhan would help Zoya expose Tanveer in front of everyone. Maybe, they'll use that now n it might be Farhan who'll help AsYa expose Imran-Tanveer now although now that I think about it, why would he go against his bro? I guess it wud depend on how close they are n also his sense of right n wrong. If he's like Imran then no, he won't do anything but if he's like Asad then maybe we'll see Teen ka Tadka 😉

I understand sort of what it meant but it still bothered me that the nikah ka vada seemed to be more important or matter more than the pyar ka vada. Maybe it was done purposely to indicate future trouble but have to say, didn't like it at all.

@ Bold: Precisely that was the issue I had with Zoya today. You know Devika, I feel that Gaffur's track will benefit Zoya. She still acts like a teen when it comes to certain things. She needs to be put in a situation IMO where Asad is not around her. She needs to show maturity. And that will happen when she goes out of the comfort of Asad's home and steps into the SM. She'll realize that everything in life is not hunky dory. And everybody is not nice like Asad and his family. There is this big bad world outside. All the characters have to show growth and Zoya has to go through the same. Tanveer's experience changed Asad for good and similarly Gaffur's track will help Zoya.

I found her non chalant about the whole issue today.

Regarding Farhan, I have a feeling that he is coming for Nikhat and there is a possibility of him being Zoya's friend from NY. The jealousy angle I am not too sure about. But if he is coming for Nikhat, he'll be a positive character surely and in that case, he'll help Zoya/AsYa regarding Tanveer.

So true, wonderful post. That's what I was thinking no one is perfect and everyone make mistakes. I am sure Zoya will learn from her mistakes too. I love zoya's character and can't be too harsh on her.

Yes Zoya acted irrational today and she could have been more sensitive but I still feel she stayed within character.

For her love has always been important. She ran away from her first marriage because of that too. She was distraught when Asad was taken away from her because of that as well. Like i said she has seen how much Najma is affected by Imran and now she has also heard how much Imran loves Najma. Even Asad has not confessed to Zoya in front of people but Imran confessed his love to Najma in front of everyone. So Zoya saw that in Imran. She finds them to be true lovers and they should not be separated. Now the way Nikhat acted in front of everyone how can Zoya know she loves Imran this much? In Zoya's mind if Nikhat loved Imran this much she would fight for him and not give him up but NIkhat happily gave Imran's hand in Najma's. Plus Zoya has barely interacted with Nikhat how can she read her emotions just by the act Nikhat put up. I personally feel everyone is being a little unjust to Zoya. She is looking at Najma's best interest.

And I don't think this will cause her trouble either. There is no way for Zoya to know that Billi's baby daddy is Imran. So i don't see how Asad can blame her at all.

I agree that this is Zoya's happy phase. I am so sure that now that the bro's clash is over in this matter, Zoya's mother's truth is coming out next and I am sure Zoya is going to slip into a depression and not be the happy chirpy Zoya. Asad will have to give her support BIG TIME.

I think we are expecting Zoya to be a Tulsi or Parvati but she is not. This is her personality. She cannot read people's emotions who don't share her pain with her. Mariam in mangalpur told Zoya about her pain and she could help her but Nikhat hid everything. Heck Nikhat is hiding it from her family as well. Yes I feel very sorry for nikhat but hiding one's pain is not going to help. How can we expect Zoya to understand her sentiments when even Rashid who is her own father was like "tum thik ho"...when he said that i was like well duh she is not he is her father can't he see his daughters pain?

If anyone i blame Najma. How can she sit and smile like that? I find that extremely extremely selfish. Nikhat is her own sister!

Asad has done so much for Ayaan/nikhat/nuzhat. Heck they gave up their childhood and lives so that Ayaan could live with both their parents. Zoya has been seeing how much Asad has gone through in his childhood. IMO her loyalties are towards the man she loves and his family.

I read somewhere on the forum could we expect Humera to think of Najma over Nikhat? Then how can we expect Zoya to think of Nikhat over Najma?

Niki, I agree with you on the fact that she cannot take Nikhat's side or neither she can understand the depth of Nikhat's feelings for Imran because she has not interacted with Nikhat before but having said all this, IMO she is taking things lightly. She is not understanding how sensitive the situation is. I keep on saying that Gaffur track will be a learning lesson for her and after watching today's episode, I am more certain about it. Its like she is in a way clueless about the bad world that exists outside the confines of the KV. Like I said before, Asad changed from being unreasonable and judgmental to a reasonable person [post Tanveer fiasco, similarly Zoya will also learn to be mature during/post Gaffur track.

Shreya i agree Gaffur will be a learning lesson but I think it will also be more of Zoya seeing the reality of her life and what fate has decided. Today she gave Imran the benefit of the doubt and she has been giving Gaffur the benefit of the doubt as well. Unfortunately, Gaffur is going to reject her and her eyes will open. I don't think she does not understand how sensitive the situation is. I think she does but she like i said it is what she saw and understood from Nikhat's actions. Nikhat did put up a strong show today and anyone who does not know Nikhat well would think that she will get over it. For example, when Asad supposedly "slept" with Billi, Zoya did not act like Nikhat and put up a brave front she cried her heart out in front of people. Thats what she has always told everyone to express their feelings. She has been teaching Asad that ever since they met and today finally Asad can somewhat express his feelings. Nikhat hid her pain well today and like I said even Rashid could not comprehend how Nikhat was feeling and actually questioned her. Shouldn't he know as a father?

Gaffur will be Zoya's learning lesson about her own life more than how she perceives things. Yes, this will mature Zoya because yes she has a lot of void in her life but she has been hopeful thats what she told Asad too. She is hopeful that the void will be filled by her father. But her biggest reality check will be when she will see that Gaffur can never fill that void and that emptiness can never be filled.

If we are all accusing Zoya to being insensitive towards the situation then what about Asad. How can he leave Najma's whole life decision in Ayaan's hands. Of all people the impulsive and selfish Ayaan. The brother clash during Zoya's mother fiasco will be his eye opener that Ayaan is not always right and justified. I think Asad giving Ayaan the authority over Najma's life is as insensitive if not more.

But the point is I don't think Zoya can be blamed when Billi truth comes out because there is no way to know about that.
