Can Imran redeem himself - well as i had re-posted my thoughts from Delena90's post on one of ur post yes Imran can redeem himself depending on the decisions he takes going forward.

After watching the Eid MS and his crying act however i feel if he was a man's man like Asad or even a bit like hot headed like Ayaan who has guts to take some powerful actions and hell with the consequences then rather than crumbling on to the floor crying and emotionally blackmailing Najma IMO he should have walked over to Dilshad or Asad and simply asked for her hand in marriage.

Both Khan boys liked their finacee (even though were in denial mode) the elders had decided on the rishta. Najma was not strong to fight then so what makes him believe she will fight now for him? IMO without Hassina bi he could have walked over to Najma's family and simply asked for her hand in marriage just like a honorable guy in our culture should do!

How are you doing sara?

Imran has a long way to go before he can even get close to redeeming himself
Right now, I doubt he has the guts to go and ask Asad for Najma's hand especially if he knows that he is Nikhat's half brother

Chick- agree with u on imran shoulda manned uo and went straight over but not now. I think he should have done it when najma broke up with him. He should have told najma that "pyaar kiya toh darna kya" an gone over to asad and dil. But he didnt. He was a coward then and he still is now.

IMO, any human being has the right to redeem themselves. So, yes he can be redeemed but in my eyes, that can only happen if..

1. Imran tells Najma about his one night stand with Tanveer and if he is indeed the daddy of the baby, takes responsibility for it.

2. Imran apologizes to Rashid and his family about the whole nikaah/sagai fiasco

3. Imran has a heart to heart chat with Nikhat with FULL eye contact and he tells her everything in black and white. No ifs or buts here.

4. He returns all the dowry

5. He returns the papers to Asad's property

6. When Haseena tries to pester Najma's family for dowry, he puts his foot down and refuses to accept anything from them.

7. If Haseena berates Najma about her weight, he gives it back to his mother.

If he can do all of the above, I can see his character being redeemed.

Well said! I have no patience for weak, irresponsible characters!! I agree with all points except for the responsibility piece in # 1, if Tanveer took advantage of him when inebriated. Seems like that is her MO. I didn't think Asad had to sacrifice his love for the child either. Best option for that child is to be put up for adoption, so it can have a normal family.

Rest of the points, absolutely. Only then can he have sweet Najma. Does he have the b@lls to do it? Up to the CV to decide or change their mind. I'd prefer a new man for Najma. In real life, a weak man will always remain so. I cannot see this weakling standing up for N all the time!

absolutely agree. In real life a man like Imran would never change but in reel life, anything is possible. I have posted this on forum 32 to make sure writers address all these issues if they plan the true love path for Najma-iMran

It's gonna take a lot for me to like Imran. His love for Najma, cute FBs and a nice BG won't cut it. He'll have to turn into some sort of superhero or something man. 😆

Seriously though this list presents quite a mountain for a guy like Imran to climb. Expectations will be kept very low.

Haseena Bi has no good intentions regarding her DIL, whoever she is. She has said as much. So for Imran to be redeemed, he absolutely has to learn to handle his mother. You mentioned this in points 6 & 7. Related to this I'll add another one - Do not allow his relatives to insult the Khan's about their family situation. Haseena Bi insulting Dilshad again is a big no-no. She has done so 2-3 times already. And, Imran must not do so in anger as he has done before.

Gosh, I don't mind the storyline if it is meant to teach the Khan girls a lesson, but I too hate hate hate the idea of Najma and Imran being soulmates.

That would be the ideal scenario...let Imran end up alone and both Khan sisters become wiser through this process

As per the tata spoiler Nikhat will find out about Najma and Imran's wedding and will be shattered.

I thought the CVs were trying to re-create the 1st generation scenario.😕

Shireen had taken away Dilshads love so the same way now Dilshads daughter has sort of unintentionally taken away Shireens daughters love from her.

However in order for history to repeat it self just like Shireen has married Rashid who loves Dilshad - Nikhat needs to be married to Imran who loves Najma. 😕 right???

Therefore i hope this is a learning track for Najma as it just occurred to me that Najma and Hassina bi have had 2 interactions and neither of them were pleasant.

1) When Hassina and Co. had insulted Zoya for wearing jeans on Quran Khuani
2) When Hassina had called Dilshad chori hui aurat during the confrontation between Dishad and Shireen.

I do not know about u guys but if someone insults my loved ones i am sorry but it is very hard for me to respect that person. How can Najma ever respect someone like that as her MIL...or is this a trick of Hassina bi ...to take revenge on Rashid, Nikhat and Ayann for insulting her? i.e making them against Asad?

Or are the CVs trying to show that history is correcting the unbalance in universe and therefore Imran is going to end up with Najma? I hope not as I seriously think Nikhats love for Imran is the kind of love Asad has for Zoya.

PS: Di - thanks for asking. better now was not feeling to good due to fever🤢. I had typed a huge response to ur Eid post and by mistake closed the tab and then did not have the energy to retype - i will try and retype it later today or atleast my thoughts on Ghauffur,

I can understand 3 years ago he was a student and not settled in life so he did not have the guts but what is stopping him now? The fact is that u r right he is a coward and neither of the Khan sisters deserve him.

Just coz u do not love someone does not mean u put up with injustice - and we all know that the way Hassina bi treated Nikhat was inhumane.
