If Karan is on holiday does that mean surbhi and shalini and neha will be off work too just wondering?

No. They will shoot some scenes which has no Karan or where karan's body double will be used.

Another person in place of Karan with back shots 😛 Later they will shoot karan parts separately and edit them.

lol, it takes less time with shooting karan parts alone and also saves time as they finish dubbing of other actors and edting of those parts etce etc. Also, they can shoot some scenes where karan is not involved. Like the ME promos of dilshaad and Zoya. Yeah, so one person going on vacation does not mean the whole cast has to take off. 😛
