The Cvs just wanted to show her dilemma...a dilemma that any human being will have in that situation...we all are selfish and ya for a moment she did think that she would sacrifice asad and not tell him the truth for her abbu but dilshad narrating that story made her realize that she was wrong and one should sacrifice oneself and one's interest for the truth and i am very sure she will tell the truth to asad tomorrow...i guess asad will come to know the truth about the baby b4 he throws tanveer out otherwise he would have never thrown tanveer out knowing that she was pregnant with his baby...

see to me it wasn't even a moral dilemma! I would choose Mr Khan over the jackass Father's of her any day! I did not really see it as a sacrifice!

The CVS obviously wanted to show the QURAN guiding Zoya! but it just did not work for me! I just didn't understand why she would even consider keeping Mr Khan in so much pain! it is not like it is a sacrifice? correct me if I am wrong?? she loves her MR KHAN! how can she even think to choose her father over him!? the same father who cheated her mother and dropped her in to an orphanage??

that was a selfless act! actually! he chose responsibility over love! something which zoya's father could never do!
