She told Tanveer that she rules and no one can defeat her... I have been saying this for weeks - Tanveer's fatal mistake was revealing her pregnancy truth so late in the game. Too many people knew that she was lying. It's harder to control the environment when you are unsure of all it's elements. Her playing the father card and having Razia find out was the final nail in her coffin. When a person gets desperate they get stupid and make mistakes and Tanveer made plenty.
