infact i wont be able to visit IF evn...

It's just the way of showing respect to this precious month which comes only once In a year n yes u r right why we watch dramas n movies whole year when it's forbidden but if u stay away from committing sins just one day it's a blessing n this is the whole month u can't imagine how many sins we avoid n as u know every sin counts so I don't think there is any prob in avoiding sins for just a month may be Allah grants us with His blessings n derives us away from committing sins during the whole year so don't ask such questions

I appreciate u v much n yes religion is above everything besides it is the most important month in the life of every Muslim n it is full of blessings so we should respect by any means we can n that includes avoiding tv as much as we can

Haha well my entire family doesn't really practice this, we just watch TV during Ramadan anyway even during the day-time. So I'll still be watching QH too (:
