Zoya Farooqui goes to Asad Ahmad Khan, the successful business tycoon to give him some jewels in place of the money that he had lent her father but he has other intentions in mind. She refuses to sleep with him in exchange for waiving the loan and says that she would work and pay. He traps her into becoming his private secretary. He gives her a lot of work hoping that she gives up but she is successful in accomplishing all her tasks. He coerces her to stay at his place and makes every day hell for her. She meets a friendly guy, Sakim who arouses Asad's jealous and possessive side. Zoya runs off to meet her Appi and is waylaid by men who had business problems with Asad. He saves her at the nick of the time. Zoya faints at the office due to malnutrition and Asad takes care of her. They have their first kiss. Asad starts ignoring Zoya purposefully after she denies him a second kiss. She gets jealous when he calls another girl beautiful in front of her. Now she has to go for a movie with her friends without letting Asad know!
