uttrann means used up things ,you know like many a times people give thier old used up stuff to poor people that's called uttrann.

by the i hate tanveer's character anyways i hope you undrestood by talking about the uttran stuff she meant that she will be the first one to have a relationship with asad and zoya will have him afterwards ,i guess

she has gone nutts i think...
