Asad beta knows somewhere Zoya is right hence he says Asad says 'Beshaak apke pass proof hai, magar woh hume se kisi nay nahi dekhe!'

He doesnt distrust her he does trusts her, he wants to protect her just like Dilshad said, he is afraid to lose anyone whom he loves, he wants her to be safe not hurt. Cause he knows if Zoya keeps shuts and not excites Tanveer, Zoya would be safe from her wrath. He does believes her, but then he too wants pakka proof like what he himself is unable to get. Asad is scared to lose her hence he asks her to say a sorry and keep the serpent under control. He knows Zoya wont leave him, he has full faith over Zoya and their rishta hence to him at the present given situation he keeps the snake tamed. 😆 😆

Anyway coming to your post although I am not very happy with Asad as usual I liked your post since you didn't take sides or glorified anyone today.
I liked it when you said Gharwali sirf Bolne se nahin Hota, manna bhi parta hai. Yes soo true.
Zoya has to win his trust as well and I agree trust comes with time although I feel Zoya acts childish but so far all her suspicions and intuitions have been proved right.
I wished Asas remembers that too.
Yes I live Angst too but Gul khans tendency to make the women suffer everytime is something I don't like at all. Hope in the future we get to see Asad suffering and being misunderstood by Zoya too. Enough of the female lead suffering for months now. I need a change very soon. A proper redemption and repentation from Asad.

I still have to watch the episode but I do love the slow and subtle change that's coming in Our sher khan! See when a blind person undergoes a surgery and tries to view the world for the first time, you don't shine headlights at him.. You tell him to slowly open their eyes to brightness. That's the case with Asad and in both cases. Heart and the Mind! He is opening up to Zoya and that's how he'll open up his mind about Contaminated Cheese too.

Oh and let me just add, I watched this Pakistani show where they said that "yaqeen dilaaya nahin jaata.. Aa jaata hai" and that's similar to what you said in your post too which is very true. Asad ko ek din Zoya pe yaqeen aayega.. And that day she wouldn't have to say.. Trust me, Mr. Khan! 😃

Vickyy totally agree! and I also wanna say that I really wanna see Rashid's reaction when he finds out that Asad and Zoe are engaged! Maybe he already knows idk.. but i really wanna see a rashid and zoe scene. been ages!

Hey Vic. like you I really enjoyed today's episode and surprisingly Asad after many weeks of dislikingand being annoyed with him.

What a change in character? I honestly believed somebody clocked him over the head 😆 He didn't scream...not even once. Despite the fact that he believes his Tannu he handles the situation calmly and rationally. That apology scene, as you said, has to be one of the better scenes of angst I have seen on this show. This is what was missing. Gul should have done this weeks ago. Instead of constant fighting and yelling if THIS was the angst that was portrayed and shown then I think I would have been less frustrated with the storyline.

The story is finally moving in an interesting direction -

1. Dilshaad notices Tanveer's behavior and is not happy when Zoe is forced to apologize.
2. Asad is changing and we don't know why? Is it possible that maybe 1% of what Zoya has said has registered and he is going to start suspecting Tannu? Or does he already know? Hmm...
3. Zoya is back! Which I love! I am glad the question of trust was brought up today. We have been talking about it for weeks and I am glad the show is addressing it.
4. Rashid knows something is up. I wonder what role he is going to play in exposing Tannu. I thought that was really clever by Gul (as much as I dislike Rashid). If Rashid saves Zoe from a situation with Tanveer, I can see a kind of truce between Asad and his father. I wonder, is that the purpose?
