The story starts after yet another misunderstanding between Asad and Zoya regarding Tannu.
(Let's not even try to think of which one...they had/have so many of these).
Please read and comment. I am not planning to make it a big story but just 3 or 4 parts max.
Hope you enjoy it.

ONCE AND FOR ALL.
"Enough! Enough, Mr. Khan. Not another word. I have reached the end of the rope and I DO NOT have patience to hear one more word from you!" uttered Zoya in anger. She was fuming. "I will not tolerate it anymore. Days after days, incidents after incidents you have doubted me, blamed me, insulted me, scolded me and each and every time you have been proven wrong. I tried my best to respect you'to see things from your perspective'.giving you the benefit of the doubt in every situation. But no'.not you'in your eyes I am always wrong. Always to blame for everything that happens. Even if I have the purest intentions you don't hesitate to blame me. What is my fault? What have I ever done to you to garner such hatred from you?" Zoya continued her barrage of words, "Yes we are different but I am still a human and I still do have emotions. You have hurt me in every possible way one person can hurt another and now - I am done." Zoya stormed off the second floor landing area leaving behind a speechless Asad.
While Najma ran behind Zoya, Dilshad looked at Asad and shook her head in defeat, "This boy will never learn," she thought. "By the time he realizes what he just lost it may be too late." She walked away with a pained expression while Asad stood motionless, still trying to grasp at what had just happened.
Tannu was the only one who gladly witnessed the whole episode without ever feeling an ounce of guilt for the heartache she had just caused the entire Khan family and Zoya. But then again it was good for her mission, so why should she feel guilty? Isn't it exactly what she wanted all along? Yes, she did and now she can see her next plans unfolding smoothly in front of her eyes. She walked up to Asad and gently put a hand on his shoulder. "Asad, how dare she say such things to you? I would never imagine speaking to you like this, my friend."
It was like a jolt of electricity on Asad's shoulder. The moment he realized it was Tannu's hand he jerked his shoulder, excused himself and walked to his room as fast as his feet could take him.
"Zoya open the door please. Zoya please open." Najma insisted through flowing tears. She wasn't ready to let go of her best friend so easily. How did it all boil down to this? "Her and Bhaijan were almost getting married and now she is leaving the house," she thought.
"Let her be, Najma," Dilshad said.
"But Ammi, Zoya'" Najma continued.
"Listen to me beta. We cannot do anything to hold her back now." She raised her voice a little and then said, "The only person who can hold her will not do so because as always he has decided to listen to his head and not his heart. By stopping Zoya now we will only cause her to hurt more. She knows we love her'.you and I but she needs more than that and I am no longer sure if Asad is capable of giving her that happiness."
Zoya heard Dilshad's conversation and was relieved that someone realized why she needed to get out of the house. Why she needed to separate herself from the household, from all the memories, from all the heartache. She pulled her suitcase and started emptying her closet into it. She was going to leave the Khan household tonight.
About an hour later, the front doorbell rang. Hearing the noise, Zoya slowly opened the door and walked out of her room. Dilshad was sitting somberly in the couch while Najma was getting up to get the door.
"It is for me. It's my taxi," Zoya said meekly. She walked towards Dilshad and silently sat down next to her, leaning her head on Dilshad's shoulder. "Thank you Phuppi. Thank you for loving me and being like a mom to me. Thank you for letting me stay at your house and in your heart. I will miss you."
"I am sorry beta. I had dreams and I tried to make those come true and in the process I have caused much heartache for you. Please forgive me beta'all I wanted was your happiness. Wherever you go, whoever is fortunate to have you as a daughter 'in-law will be the luckiest women alive. Pity I couldn't be. Try to keep in touch."
"Phuppi please don't'" Zoya couldn't continue any more. Tears were now freely flowing from her beautiful eyes.
After giving a quick hug to Najma on her way out, Zoya literally ran to the taxi and shut the door behind her. "No looking back this time Zoya. No one is coming after you now. You have made sure no one does"
The taxi dropped her off in front of the hotel next to the airport. She had already booked a room for three nights from her IPad. Why she planned to stay in Bhopal for three more days she didn't know but her heart told her to hang on a little bit longer. So being the person she is, once again she listened to her heart and not her head.
Asad was pacing his room and thinking of the past few months. He was leading a boring, routine and somewhat peaceful life. And then she came - Zoya Farooqui. His life turned upside down. He felts shades of emotions that he didn't know existed. She came to his life like a storm and blew him away. She came to his life like rain and melted him. She came to his life like fire and ignited passion in him that he never felt before. She made him smile'she made him cry'she made him a human.
Zoya had plenty of faults; there is no denying that, but every word she spoke tonight about his biased opinions towards her was absolutely correct. He always chided her for everything. Never took her side. There indeed was a limit to a person's tolerance. She had reached hers.
It was evident that Zoya did not like Tannu but to throw baseless accusations towards his childhood friend wasn't the right way to show her jealousy either. "Jealousy. Zoya is jealous of Tannu" Asad smiled to himself thinking of the bread/jam incident. His smile quickly disappeared when he remembered Zoya's last words, "I am done."
He heard the door and knew Zoya had left. He felt worried. It was 10 o'clock at night and Zoya was leaving the house alone. Where would she go? Where will she spend the night? She is a smart girl. She will manage. But this is not New York. Will she be safe? She has her pepper spray. But will it work? Despite all these thoughts he dared not to leave the room. Zoya is in a volatile mood today and she will not listen to me. Maybe tomorrow I will talk to her and bring her back. She will forgive'.like she always does. Won't she?
