Also, like a lot of people have mentioned, even in today's episode, he was willing to hear her out instead of straight away jumping to conclusions and shutting her out.

Yea, Asad is judgmental to the core but we have always known that so it should not be a surprise. And his lack of trust is not limited to Zoya. It extends to anyone outside of his family which unfortunately, at present, includes Tanveer.

I love your analysis of the plate and spoon analogy and the way you mentioned exactly how they complete each other. It was bang on. Hopefully, this Tanu track gets over soon though coz honeslty it is getting kinda boring and frustrating even though I understand where each of the characters are coming from. Cannot wait for Asad's repentance track to kick in and their pakki waali mohabbat to begin.

I think when Zoya tried to keep him from going to the courts to testify against Rashid was the biggest let down for him especially since everyone was against him at that point. Well except for Zoya but eventually even she turned against him. I don't think he's forgotten about that and every other time she's lied. So Tanveer most likely really is the only person whose never broken his trust. That's why I don't get too too upset about their relationship.

Asad allowed Zoya to question Tanveer and even gave her chance to provide evidence to support what she was saying. But she didn't have any. So why is everyone upset? And kicking a fuss about trust and love and all that jazz. Its simple the man needs proof and hardcore facts. She failed. But I love that she stays determined to get to the bottom of it.

I agree with you like every time.

I am not complaining about the forum in general but its just something I cannot relate to when someone comments on a love story not being love, or the person not loving Zoya enough, and so on and not deserving. I don't understand how hard it can be to understand the characters sketch and gauge the reactions and actions keeping that in view.

Asad is judgmental, has his own stubborn rigid ideologies, is a loner and has gone through a rough patch in his life making him seem like a stone from the outside but totally fragile and vulnerable beneath. Zoya is a carefree, impulsive, but a honest, giving and selfless girl. Who has had a bad past herself which has made her oblivious to gauging and rationalizing and makes her crave for acceptance. These few things make them what they are, literally as different as a spoon and plate.

They both are different but cannot help that they have fallen in love, but because they have fallen in love does not mean that their love has reached its destination. They have just felt and recognized the feeling, I mean Asad has, Zoya is yet to. And they are yet to build on this relation, work on it and learn to express it. That can only be possible when they both are sure that the other loves them, and when both are on the same page is when they can make this work. Their relation is at an extremely initial stage at this moment and is obvious to go through certain tests before it reaches its path, even before its destination really.

Not siding anyone but honestly without a bias what has Asad seen so far to believe that Tanveer is lying or is evil. She is his friend and a very close one at that. He is bound to trust her.

He has seen Zoya be impulsive, hide a few things and make up excuses or lies. Its not that he does not trust her at all, he just feels she has impulsively and in a hasty manner once again, not understood a matter in its entirety. He doubts her judgements and not her itself.

Zoya means good and is selflessly trying to expose Tanveer, but at this moment she just knows Tannu is lying does not know the magnanimity of the situation. Once she realizes what Tanveer is really up to and the extent that she can go to, she will definitely know how to deal with her as well.

In the past, Zoe has lied so much to Asad , hidden so many things from him, done so much without keeping him in the loop that even though he loves her with his life and accepts her denims, pizzas and cokes, he sees 'lack of honesty and integrity' as one of her negatives. So, while his best friend presents a picture of pristine honesty, Zoe's quick minded fickle fun factor appears a drawback to him. Remember his dialogue to Zoe ? Jhooth ke pairr nahiin hotte. 👏👏 ...

Love grows, evolves, learns, blooms and then, its complete. A brick is going to be a building someday. A seed is going to be a gigantic tree one day. A sea sediment is going to be a mountain some day. An embryo is going to be a human being someday. But . Between the birth and the completion lies EVOLUTION. Hiccups in evolution do not stop the evolution. The functioning of the heart is the same. It processes love likewise - if its in the right direction, then, with very test it grows and grows rock solid and stubborn.
